Mark was great to work with, he was available and responsive. On the day of our event he was on-time and quickly set up and started playing. He had a friendly attitude and helped create a great mood for our guests. It was clear that Mark is an accomplished guitarist and impressed even my musician friends with this skills. I would not hesitate to use Mark for future events.

Mark is a gifted guitarist. Unfortunately, a vehicle issue caused him to be late so he was unable to play at the cocktail hour preceeding our wedding. Being the bride, I was very disappointed about that but we created a Plan B and no one knew we had a glitch. Mark did make it just in time for the dinner hour so all was well.
Mark also DJ'd our reception and my only complaint was that I had spent a good amount of time creating a play list of songs that I wanted played. Actually I removed a few from his list and added a few. I could be wrong but I don't think there was much change from his original list. We still had a great reception so it worked out.

We were so glad we chose Mark Abdilla as the classical guitarist for our outdoor wedding! Mark's amazing talent was immediately obvious when I first checked out his youtube samples, (see links on his page) and hearing him in person was even more impressive! Mark's gorgeous classical guitar music was exactly the element we needed to make our outdoor wedding ceremony beautiful and unforgettable. He also has a wonderful, warm personality. My Dad and other wedding guests enjoyed talking with him before and after his performance. Mark was professional, responsive, and communicative with us throughout the process, and made it easy. We highly recommend him to all!

Mark performed at our wedding in Mill Valley on April 6 and was fantastic in every way. Easy to work with, responsive, professional, self-directed (when we wanted him to be) and collaborative, and his guitar playing is beautiful. He even DJ'd!

Mark was perfection! As soon as we booked he was in contact answering all my questions - he played for a corporate event "Grand Opening" we did. All our guests commented on how good he was and how he kept the party upbeat -

I live in the Dallas area and got married in the Bay area. I relied heavily on communicating with Mark vua email and found him to be Very responsive, polite, and professional.
Mark's guitar skills are second to none. Not only did he play at our ceremony but he also played for 3 hours following the ceremony during a cocktail hour and dinner.
The dude is a true professional in every aspect and we were very happy with him. He made our day even more beautiful then we could have imagined.

This was our third time hiring Mark to perform at our networking reception and as always, he was excellent. He arrived early to set up and was professional throughout. Mark was wonderful. He was incredibly accommodating (we had him play in three different places), possesses an enormous range (classical spanish to classic rock), and was professional as well as personable. Many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the music. He added exactly what anyone would ask for in a wedding musician, to enhance the atmosphere and bring the joy of the occasion to life. Mark was great! Beautiful music, really nice guy and very accomodating. Many of our guests came up to me at the party to say how great the music was. He was professional, let us use his mic for some toasts, and was great with the guests. I will definitely use Mark again for another event.
