Easy communications via e-mail. More than willing to make suggestions, and clarify his past Funeral activities, dress, arrival and departure times. 100% accommodating at a time when the family just needed things to pull off without a hitch.... We had many, many comments that it was the best funeral that Folks had ever attended, a real celebration of our mothers life... and the bagpiper put the icing on the cake!! We sent her out in style!!!!

Everything was just perfect for my grandfather's funeral. Tom played, and did just a fantastic job. Not only was he talented and played just the right songs for the event, he knew just how far back to stand from the grave to be both a part of the gathering and not a distraction. Not a dry eye in the place. Thank you!!!!!!!

We were so happy with Mike.He was a great bagpiper and true professional.He did two extra songs for us last minute us when we told him my dad loved John Wayne and could he do Could he do Gary Owen from the movie Ft Apache or Yellow ribbon.It was great !You all made it so easy to find some one thank you so much!

Mike was fabulous. I asked his opinion, and he made some recommendations about the service. It turned out just as we had imagined, and how mom would have wanted it. There wasn't a dry eye in the house.

On a short noticed I was very happy bagpipe Associates were so accommadating of my Dad's funeral. after the funeral I had received alot of compliments regarding the bagpipe. Please note,my Dad always mentioned he wanted bagpipe to be played at his funeral. I was very VERY pleased with Mike's professonalism!! and his talent and skill on the bagpipe were awesome and would recommand Bagpipe Associates to anyone. Great Job Mike!

I was so impressed by everything that I would not only recommend I would hire again without hesitation. We asked a lot and he did everything that we asked. We needed him to play at to different locations and did it without any frustration. Also all the quest thought he was amazing. Thank you again for everything.
