When the bagpiper played, he was good, but he only played 2 or 3 short pieces. Part of it was the confusion of many people getting to the gravesite on time, (not the bagpipers fault). I wish we had talked and planned more.

The family arrived at the gravesite continuously for about 20 minutes during which I played the entire time. I played about 10-15 tunes. I do apologize for the lack of satisfaction as I take customer satisfaction very seriously.

This was a memorial service with a follow up gathering at the LaFayette Club in Wayzata. The bagpiper was very accomodating and his music added to the mood of the event. Thank you.

Mike was an absolute treat--accommodating, nice, friendly, professional. He was extremely flexible with any changes in plans. The teachers and kids loved him, and my dad was absolutely thrilled. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the future.
