They never showed up! It was a complete disaster and almost ruined our wedding. We are very upset and have yet to hear from them. It's been several weeks now and they STILL have not returned my phone calls or money. DO NOT HIRE THIS GROUP!!!!

My experience was a complete NIGHTMARE. It was my grandmother's 90th birthday party, where family members literally flew in from around the world. The performer failed to show up and failed to even call with an explanation or an apology. I had to apologize and explain to the entire party for this pathetic performers lack of professionalism. I will never in my life be able to forget the disappointment in my dear grandmother's face when she learned that he was obviously not going to bother to show up to her very special day. I hope that this website will at least decide to pay back my deposit fee since there is nothing that can be done to remedy this DISASTER.

I was so impressed with his kindness and suggestions. Even more was the attire they wore was impressive. Our entire family was moved by all he did and even as things changed at last minute he offered additional pieces to play. I can't thank him enough. I spoke with you on Saturday the day before my father's Memorial service. My concern was that Darrell had not returned any of my calls. He did call me after you placed a call to him. After that we agreed on the songs, time, and finances. Darrell did not show up on time to play at the beginning of the service. He started playing the bagpipes during the funneral service. I had to leave the service and ask him to stop. This was the first time that I saw him that day. He offered no apology. He did play at the end of the service. I paid him in full because I did Not want any kind of a scene at my father, Memorial. It was an awful experience.

He came at the last minute due to a sudden cancellation. He was amazing. He new all the songs and new when and what to play with out having to be instructed. Everyone was brought to tears and that was the best send off we could have done. GEORGE SLOSS would be happy. Thank you Darrell. If not for you it would have been a disaster.

I hired Darrell Cavillo for my wedding, Sunday March 29th, 2009. He arrived "on time", as the wedding party was begining to line up. I would have prefered he arrive earlier than right at that moment. He didn't play the right song for my procession and cut short the first song for the wedding party. Auld Lang Syne has 6 chorus repeats and I printed the words to the song in our program; he played one. The song was over before my fiance reached the alter.

I'm sorry to say this, but Darrell did not show up to our planned Mother's Day Event. I had approximately 40 elderly guests waiting for his appearance and he was a no show. Disappointment can't even describe how my residents and I felt. While he might be a great performer, he failed me!
