I cannot leave positive feedback because our event was canceled over 8 months in advance and after several attempts to cancel with him and get our refund back (as we were told we could), he never responded or refunded our money. $50 may not be a lot- but it sure is a lot when you didnt do anything. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately I never received a single request for.a refund via any channel, nor did the client initiate a refund request through Gigmasters, who are the ones who actually hold the deposit - not me. I have asked Gigmasters to initiate a refund for her; hopefully they will do so.

I could not have been more pleased with our experience. Mr. Wright was easy to work with and accommodating. He exceeded my expectations and made my dad's birthday very special. He is quite talented, knowledgeable, experienced and professional. He took the time to play our requests and answer our questions. I would highly recommend him. His performance brought tears to our eyes and made a special day even more so. This was my first experience with Gigmasters and I would not hesitate to use again or recommend.

Bruce drove a long distance to play at my wife's graveside service. Among her final wishes was for Amazing Grace to be played on the bagpipes. Bruce granted this final wish in dramatic fashion. His unadvertised performance was quite a surprise for most attendees. He presented an iconic vision, playing several appropriate tunes in full garb and kilt, standing alone, aside from the grave, as people gathered. At the conclusion he played the requested Amazing Grace which brought tears to many. I am forever grateful to Bruce. I received many compliments on the beautiful performance afterward. The price was reasonable and he earned a generous tip. I highly recommend him.

Bruce Wright is an exceptionally talented piper! In addition, he arrived on time, was dressed like a true Scotsman and performed exactly as we wanted him to do. Brucevtraveled from Durham to Charlotte for our wedding - held at our home. Logistics and timing were not straightforward however Bruce performed all of his duties beautifully, including one or two unique requests which he cheerfully fulfilled. For the processional, Bruce played a tune in a particular style that recalled for and dos so beautifully. At the end of the ceremony, Bruce was very accommodating with photo requests. I recommend Bruce without hesitation.

Bruce C. Wright was friendly and professional. Our Family Reunion was awesome and having the addition of a bagpiper was a special touch. Bruce arrived well before the scheduled time to be certain he was tuned and ready. He played all the songs requested and knew exactly what to add. I recommend Bruce without hesitation. Bruce arrived early to my wedding ceremony which pleased me since he was only being paid for the hour. He looks like a classic bagpiper! It seemed to me that it took him longer than I expected to start songs, but once playing was very good.

Bruce was great at our wedding. At first we had a little complication getting in touch with my e-mails ending up in his spam folder, but he really came through. He was helpful in suggesting wedding ceremony music, he came to our rehearsal--which happened to be during a tornado out in the countryside and was absolutely fantastic piping me down the aisle and all during the ceremony. He let me know several options of tartans he could wear to match with my theme, and gave different formality options for jackets. I would definitely recommend Bruce if you are looking for a highland touch and quality music.
