Dennis was an excellent performer. He arrived early to ensure there was plenty of time to accommodate the family's needs. He dressed the part in an exceptionally professional manner. If there is ever a need for a bagpiper I will definitely call Dennis again.

Dennis and Denise were such a fun treat for my Tour of Homes Open House. They were the "Big Surprise" for the Tour. Will definitely recommend them for future events. We had over 60 people come through and all of them were impressed with the Bagpiper/Drummer performance.

A long overdue review of Dennis Duncan. He played bagpipes for a graveside service on 8/28/23 and was fantastic! He arrived early and even though it was a difficult time, he interacted well with the family prior to the service. His bagpipe music was absolutely beautiful and the perfect touch for the event. His performance and dress were exquisite. Dennis knew exactly what he was doing and what was expected of him. Dennis is both cordial and prompt. His correspondence and personal contact is timely. I kept Dennis the Piper as a surprise. Everyone in attendance was 'totally surprised and absolutely pleased!'
Should an occasion occur for a Piper again.. Dennis will be my only call.

Dennis was great and very helpful. I told him I had no idea what I was doing in planning when he should play and he was glad to help. He sent sample music, called prior to the funeral to make sure there were no changes, showed up early and worked with the pastor, and spoke to me before leaving as well. He was very professional and several guests told us how wonderful he was. I highly recommend him and would call on him again if needed.

Mr. Duncan was simply incredible. We hired him for my father’s memorial service a few weeks ago. He was overwhelming respectful of the process and his performance was amazing. I think that every attendee commented to me afterward how touched they were and the impact he made. Dennis provided the bagpipe music for my father in law’s committal service at Georgia National Cemetery. Dennis and I had a very pleasant conversation prior to the burial about what we wanted and he made excellent suggestions. Dennis arrived that morning well before the service impeccably dressed and was incredibly kind to the entire family. He certainly takes his role seriously to honor our Veterans. I highly recommend Dennis for any type of event requiring a bagpiper, but most certainly for a funeral service. Thank you, Dennis, for making this difficult time a heartfelt remembrance.

Oh my goodness, his performance far exceeded my expectations! When my brother passed a few weeks ago, the family, of course, wanted to honor his requests for his service but the one he was most adamant about was having Amazing Grace played live on the bagpipes and it didn't happen due to a major blunder on the funeral home's part! Feb. 20th was his birthday, so I hired Dennis to do the honors at graveside. His performance was truly moving and when he turned and walked away while playing with the sound fading away was wonderful. I would highly recommend Dennis for any event you need his skills. He is a very caring performer ... you can't go wrong in choosing him!

He was the first musician to respond to my inquiry for a bagpiper for my wedding, and he sent me a very thoughtful, detailed response that included samples of his music. He was responsive in the months leading up to my wedding, chose a beautiful musical selection to play before and after the ceremony, and arrived early enough that I got a chance to meet him briefly beforehand. Great experience! Dennis and Denise showed up over an hour early for the ceremony and they played exactly what, how, and where we wanted. COVID planning has been difficult and fragile, but the Duncan’s were incredibly reliable. While the music was great, I was most impressed with the communication. Dennis responded to emails within the hour, and he was both accommodating and understanding about the rushed last details. Very impressed with the whole experience. So professional, they could charge much more than they do. Loved it and would certainly recommend!

A friend of mine had to postpone her elopement in Scotland due to the Coronavirus. Thinking she might be feeling sad, I contacted Dennis to surprise her with some bagpipe music. We made a plan for the surprise just a few days in advance. As the week progressed my friend decided she wanted to proceed with getting married - just in her neighborhood. Keeping the music a surprise, Dennis worked with each change of plans as an impromptu wedding took shape. He was responsive to all communication and so pleasant. He (and his wife Denise, the drummer!) arrived early and did an amazing job. Would absolutely hire him again in the future and highly highly recommend him to you.
