We had a fantastic experience with our bagpiper. He was responsive, enthusiastic, and incredibly easy to coordinate with throughout the planning process. On the day of the event, he arrived right on time, fully prepared, and conducted himself with true professionalism. Don did a masterful job, supplying suggestions and working with our organist to ensure a successful event. Talking to our organist afterward she noted that Don was the best she has ever worked with. He was also personable with the congregation and hung around after the event to talk to congregation members at our special high tea social hour, even contributing two pieces to entertain the assembly. I would highly recommend Don, and we plan on asking him to come back next year for our annual Kirkin' of the Tartan event. I highly recommend Don. He is intelligent, flexible, and above all, talented.

Donald Ross added the special touch for our daughter and son in law’s wedding day! He spent time learning about the couple before the event and regularly checked in to make sure everything was still on as we had planned! The day of the wedding he made the most amazing surprise appearance for the bride and groom and had the whole crowd singing along to the songs they knew! He was extremely professional and talented! My husband and I would whole heartedly recommend Donald Ross for your event!

Donald played at my brother's funeral, his haunting music had a tear in everyone's eyes (can't have a good send-off without a river of tears). Donald was respectful, genuinely sympathetic and personable. I highly recommend Donald if you need a Piper. (His kilt was ridiculously legit)!!!

I really can't say enough wonderful things about Mr. Ross. I'm so relieved I found such a talented professional bagpiper to perform at my parents' joint memorial. Both of my parents had special requests regarding songs they wanted to have played - including a slow "Hail to the Victors" for my dad. Donald not only rose to the occasion, but played with complete mastery and poise. When he finished with "Too-Ra-Loo" the lullaby my mother sang to all her children and grandchildren, there wasn't a dry eye to be found. Donald Ross brought profound professionalism and kindness to a delicate situation. Thank you, Donald.
