Duncan Moore was prompt in communicating his interest and availability for our mother's service which helped immensely in allowing us to plan everything within one week. His follow-up back and forth with us to establish the details expected of him was timely, courteous and caring, and he accommodated all our requests for specific music (advising when a specific hymn just wouldn't work well on a bagpipe!) and had no problem processing outdoors on a hillside, while playing before and after our service. His clothing was wonderful, his playing was out of this world, and he and his bagpipes were just what our service needed. In conclusion, Duncan Moore, was perfect!!

I cannot say enough good things about Duncan. It was a very sad day during a very difficult time and he was amazing. He communicated with me before the event regarding songs that I would like him to play, where I would like him to play, and what I would like his overall role to be. There was nothing that he wasn't willing to accommodate or do. I would recommend Duncan enthusiastically to anyone for any event. I found Duncan after Happy Bagpipers cancelled on me and I am thrilled that they did. It was fortuitous, I wanted the best Piper for my mother's funeral and that is exactly what I got. He was a beautiful gift on a very sad day. Thank you so much Duncan.

Duncan was wonderful! I recently hired Duncan to play at an exclusive private club event. I was very impressed. He played before senior politicians and appointed leaders and was comfortable and professional and a terrific musician. Duncan is professional and extremely talented. He came super early to make sure that everything was all set. went over the plan, played and then packed up and left with no supervision needed. What a great guy and a great musician. Duncan played at our Mother's Gravesite Service and even with a last minute change by the Memorial Garden's people, Duncan was very accommodating and played all the songs that Mom loved. He was a welcome surprise to many family members and his music touched our hearts during this very sad time in our lives. It was a perfect send off to our Mom, who just loved the pipes. Duncan S. Moore was an absolute delight to have perform! The children and staff alike so enjoyed his playing and you could truly tell how skilled he was at bagpiping! We were delighted to hire Duncan Moore for our son's wedding. From the initial contact to the day of the event, Duncan was always accessible, professional, and personable. At the time of booking, he quickly reached out and provided full contact information. He was helpful in our planning and selecting of the proper music for a wedding. He arrived in plenty of time to set up and he played with a tremendous amount of skill and talent. He was also gracious in allowing our family members and guests to take pictures with him. Absolute professional. Arrived early. We had a thunderstorm disrupt our event and he was incredibly accommodating, he kindly stayed longer given the unexpected disruption. He stayed in constant contact from booking until the event via text. Briskly responsive. I highly recommend Duncan.
