Eric was amazing, incredibly talented and professional. We are a senior living community and he took this into consideration, he was kind and generous when meeting our residents and even adjusted his performance to meet their needs. Eric was a joy to work with and wonderful musician. The event occured on a recent hot August Los Angeles afternoon celebrating a friend's 28th bitrthday. She is of Scottish ancestry. Her mother was in attendence and was dancing a little jig to Eric's music. We discussed his fee, the time of the party, the time for his performance. and the playlist. Everything we discussed and agreed upon went seamlessly. It was a small party of 10 and we all enthused and exhilerated by his performace. He stayed to answer questions. If you hire him, ask him to play his cufflinks (miniature insrtruments)!He and BASH get my 5 stars for their customer service and ease of working with.

Eric was a total professional, and his talent shines. He responded quickly to my inquiries, was on time and prepared for the event (a graveside funeral), and conducted himself the whole time with respect, dignity and professionalism He played the pieces we requested, and played them so beautifully. Eric was an excellent hire for my mom's memorial. He kept us apprised of his time of arrival and was early for the event. He spoke with the pastor and myself and accommodated the logistics of the location. He also handled our requests with professionalism. Even though one of the songs that we chose was not traditionally played on bagpipes, he accommodated us and did an excellent job with it. In addition, he was very respectful and appropriate in his demeanor. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to someone looking for a bagpiper.

Eric was a ray of sunshine for Moms memorial last saturday with the rain. He arrived early, sharply dressed in Scottish attire. He played a beautiful "Amazing Grace"on Scottish pipes and later,a heart warming arrangement of "Danny Boy"(Moms favorite) on the Uilleann pipes. More tissues please.
