Wedding•Reviewed on July 10, 2026•From Lititz, PA
:
Megan engaged me to play at her wedding with Phillip at a country church in Lititz. I wore the No. 3 Dress of a piper in the 2nd BN Seaforth Highlanders. I played before the wedding as guests were arriving, and then after the ceremony. I also escorted the Bridal Couple down the aisle after the officiant had introduced them for the first time as "Mr. & Mrs. ..." I was able to meet many of the families and guests. The wedding was significant in that a number of antique cars were used to transport the Bridal Party.Review by John A.

Once again, I was engaged to play at the annual Baccalaureate Ceremony for the Class of 2026 of the Mercersburg Academy at the Irvine Memorial Chapel. It was a rainy evening, so I could not play outside after the ceremony as the faculty, staff, graduates and families were exiting the chapel. Needless, to say, however, the ceremony was impressive and evocative.Review by Troy M.

Camila engaged me to play at the Meadowglen Assisted-Living Facility, although I played for the networking guests rather than the residents. I started off with the Great Highland Bagpipe but transitioned to the Smallpipes since the GHB were too loud in the enclosed area. It being the St. Patrick's Day weekend, I played a selection of Irish tunes. This was a very enjoyable experience. It was a long drive, but well worth the time.Review by Ann B.

Once again, Coleen engaged The Regimental Pipers to play at the annual Wreaths Across America at the St. Joseph's Cemetery in Danville. We played before the ceremony so the biting cold could not affect the pipes, and we also played Amazing Grace to kick off the event.
