Jeff made a great night awesome. Allowed the freedom to chose his settings and songs, Jeff’s presence of mind and selection of music and location allowed the guests to gel the impression of a formal event with the playing of bag pipes followed by gentle guitar and vocals during the dinner. Many many guests spoke of and complimented Jeff’s music. Highly recommended and absolutely an excellent musician and entertainer.

Jeff was so easy to work with; he showed up in advance and considered the size of the room and audience when delivering his performance. He is very personable and the audience loved him! The cost was reasonable for 2 hours of performing. I would definitely book again with Jeff.

Jeff was awesome!!...he really made it a special event. He took the time to learn a couple songs that our group would like, even though his own playlist was great. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him. He was flexible and accommodating. I was so happy that he was the musician I choose!!

Jeff was most accommodating with the recent memorial service for my husband on October 6th. I needed to change the venue of the memorial several times and Jeff held the date open for me regardless. He played Beautifully for the guests as they arrived. My husband often talked about wanting bagpipes to be played at his funeral and I give Jeff 10 stars on a scale of 1 to 10. 5 stars aren't enough!!! He went above and beyond. Thank you so much Jeff. Jeff performed for my grand mother's funeral and was perfect! He was extremely accommodating and professional. Having a bag piper at a funeral seems like one of those things that's just so natural but when you have to actually organize it you don't quite know what to do. Jeff was there nice and early and when it was time for him to play he did it so well and respectfully as part of the service it was like it had been choreographed. I would gladly recommend him to anyone who needs a piper for any occasion and especially for a funeral.

Proactively reached out on several occasions prior to the event. Totally professional and massively talented. Paid total attention to what we needed for this particular service. Jeff Herbert played the bagpipes and sang at a Memorial Service for WWII Marines. This service was part of an annual reunion of these Veterans. Jeff was by far the best bagpiper we have had in the 48 years that the association has been hosting reunions. Jeff was very accommodating, very respectful of our heroes and their families and performed with dignity. He remained after the event for pictures and thanked the Veterans for their service. I would not hesitate to have Jeff play at any event I may have in the future. I will be recommending Jeff, with very high accolades, to anyone I know who may need his services.

Jeff was kind and caring, but professional with warm smiles. I'm sure my husband was smiling in heaven with Jeff's rendition of the Marine Corps hymn, Amazing Grace, and Auld Lang Syne (hope I spelled that right). Without a doubt, the best money that I ever spent. Jeff made all of the guests feel great, as he mingled and talked with them. I thought that I would have to help him to meet and talk to guests; he handled all that by himself, and became an actual ambassador of good vibes. I was so happy with Jeff that I made sure he and his wife were listed on the dinners guest tags; VIP seats for filet mignon, with 5 hour open bar. Jeff is indeed one of GigMasters shining stars and you should be completely thankful for his performance and representation of your company. Thanks so much, Jeff. They made me shorten my accolades.

Jeff played for my father’s funeral and his music was incredible! He arrived early and piped guests into the church. He played everything I requested and even played a tune that I ask for at the last minute. He is an amazing piper and such a nice person. Contacted me immediately and was so easy to work with. Jeff did an amazing job at my husband’s funeral. He piped as people arrived and entered the church and then again when we processed out to the memorial garden. Can’t believe how easy it was the get a professional level piper on short notice through Gigmssters. He’s a very likable guy —- and looks great in a kilt!!!
