showed up on time. spent at least 20 mins. "tuning" up....insanely loud....asked him to move to the doorway to the event room and he refused...said it was too hot. (he would have been half outside and half inside) room was very comfortable...AC...asked him to play a couple of tunes while people arrived....not sure if he did...I was too busy to notice....main song was Amazing Grace we wanted played when we lit candles for my wife....He was NOT good....really missed a lot of notes....didn't play piece long enough.....left without a good bye or whatever....VERY UNPLEASED with Randy....sorry.....telling it the way I saw it......Don

Because I wasn't there to hear the performance, I rely on statements from other for the "overall talent" question. But in terms of quick response, pleasant dealings, help with finding a drummer, and punctuality, I would recommend Randy Arent to anyone in search of an event highlight.

We used Randy for my fathers funeral service. Throughout the entire process, Randy was promoted to respond, very helpful for the layout of the day, and incredibly kind! The day of he was there and prepared ahead of time to run through it with us one more time to make sure we were all on the same page.
