Robert made our day. He arrived early and went over everything with us, played beautifully and dressed appropriately. Everyone loved having a bagpiper pipe them to the reception and he did an excellent job with the processional and recessional. His services exceeded our expectations and we were very pleased with the end result. Hire this man!

We booked Robert J. White for our May 30 wedding in Chapel Hill, NC. The booking process was simple, and all communication leading up to the wedding was very prompt. We had the bagpipes for our recessional and our guests were all thrilled with the surprise! It was awesome. I was very happy with the entire experience.

Robert has provided piping services on three occasions over the past seven years for family and friends. I highly recommend him as a piper and as a person. He gives a fine representation of the piping and military tradition, can play almost any song and is sensitive to the grieving family's needs.

We hired Robert J. White to play at a memorial service for our father this past Sunday. Mr. White did a great job--he came early, played the pieces we had asked for beautifully, and afterwards stayed around to explain some of the minutiae of military usage and history. We felt that--perhaps because he, too, was an ex-paratrooper from the 101st--Mr. White was particularly well-suited to play this final tribute to our father, who was an ex-paratrooper and a piper.

Mr. White was all business and really put on a show for my wife and I at our wedding! We were very pleased to have him. He coordinated beforehand the 'when' and the 'where' as well as what pieces we wanted to hear. Mr. White's prices for his performance were MORE than reasonable for what one gets! Many of my male guests commented afterwards how jealous they were that they didn't get a bagpiper at their wedding! Mr. White showed up in a military style outfit which matched my saber bearers. Had I to do it all over again I would not have changed anything, my wife thought it was great as did I.

Mr. White is an excellent and professional bagpiper. This was our second time we have hired him to play. First was at my own wedding in May of 2011 in which this was a gift from my wife. I had no idea that he was there until he played Amazing Grace during the ceremony. It was a wonderful surprise. This time it was for my son's wedding. He played for the guest arriving at the ceremony and played Amazing Grace during the ceremony. I would highly recommend Mr. White to anyone looking for an excellent bagpiper. Should the occasion arise again for a bagpiper, we will definitely be seeking the services of Robert J. White!

The Marines of Engineer School would like to personally thank Robert White for his absolute professionalism and enthusiasm during our event. Robert by far exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend him for any event. He arrived at least an hour before the event was scheduled to start, was dressed very impressively for the occasion and quickly began communicating with our staff. We could not believe how well he played and he was able to play for great lengths of time without a break. Very impressive! He exemplified professionalism in every way throughout the engagement process. First, he embraced our vision for the program, then offered helpful suggestions to see it come to fruition. He was prompt at executing paperwork, follow up and kept every promise he made to exceed our expectations. In addition to his masterful bagpipe renditions, Robert also served as Key Speaker recounting his service in Vietnam as a decorated Special Forces Combat Veteran. Robert J. We hired Robert for our wedding ceremony on October 27th. He was fantastic! We had a military ceremony and Robert was there to play. He arrived an hour early to get ready and warm up. His talent is unlike any others. He was extremely professional! He wore his military uniform and was thrilled to be a part of our day! I would highly recommend him for any military wedding celebration! He also had great recommendation for songs to play since we weren't quite sure and they worked our perfectly! Thanks again, Robert!
