The Royal Piper was excellent. He made my mother's memorial service so meaningful, and was so accomplished on the bagpipies and accommodating to our choices for music. Highly recommend! I am very grateful to him for helping to make the memorial something that celebrated mom.

We hired The Royal Piper (Al) to play at my father's funeral. My father was 94, a British Citizen and was in the Royal Navy, he loved the Bagpipes. The Royal Piper provided quite the sendoff. He was professional and the Pipes sounded awesome, this put a smile on everyone's face even during such a sad event. This was a memorable sendoff for a wonderful father.

No complaints! Although I didn't have much time to touch base before the event as this was a last minute booking, he arrived on-time, was professional, kind, flexible, and easy-going. Rates were on-point and fair given the scope and timing. We will definitely have The Royal Piper back again - thank you!

The Royal Piper is the best, hands down. I played the bagpipes for 15 years when I was younger. He is really talented, flexible and just a great guy. I received so many compliments on him from the people that attended the event.

The Royal Piper was great. Al was very professional, easy to talk to and was very accommodating. He walked me through suggestions for my mother's memorial service and we came up with a game plan that we both agreed on. His playing was wonderful and left everyone teary eyed and speechless as he left. The Royal Piper gave my mother the proper Irish/Scottish sendoff that she would have loved. Thank you Al.

The Royal Piper was very easy to communicate with, he arrived shortly before agreed time and his performance unforgettably good. Must mention that he was dressed exquisitely in a white shirt , tie, vest, kilt and appropriate sock and shoes. Stunning.

The Royal Piper was amazing from start to finish! We hired him last minute as a surprise for my father's 85th - the communication was great he arrived early just incase our time table was off, and it was, so that was really appreciated. He was also gracious enough to take some extra time so we could take some photos with him.. Hands down just an all around nice professional gentleman and a great piper..... I will absolutely hire the Royal Piper again, & I recommend you hire him too, he will not disappoint you.....

The Royal Piper was a real pro. He played a difficult song, provided the organ music to accompany his bagpipes, came to the church two weeks ahead of time to work on the timing & duet. The ceremony itself he looked the part— his appearance & grooming beyond reproach. My daughter’s now husband is from Scotland & there were many Scots in attendance. They, along with everyone else, could not stop talking about the processional. Highly recommend him.. if he is available, sign him up!

Al was so easy to work with - Responsive, communicative, professional, and friendly. He was open to any and all suggestions we had for music and also able to make suggestions where needed. It was truly a joy to have such a skilled piper at our celebration. We had a wonderful time walking with him and his music certainly brought a tear of joy to my wife’s Scottish father’s eye.
