The Royal Piper really lived up to his reputation! He played for my son's Scottish wedding. His piping was superb! He played all the two dozen or so songs I requested, and did a wonderful job. I'll be hiring him again for my other son's wedding when the time comes!

Al was the perfect choice for our daughter's wedding. Personable, professional and accommodating. Responsive to all our requests, he is a great communicator and a gentleman. He pays attention to the details. An excellent musician, he played all the songs we chose. Completely engaged with the ceremony and guests, he added great personality to the event. Al came as a hired musician and left as a friend. Thank you, Al.

The Royal Piper imbued our wedding ceremony with all the charm, beauty and mysticism one could hope for in a bagpipe performance. We went with "Love Divine" for our bridal party's entry, followed by a meaningful pause, and then the moment I will never forget... my bride walking down the aisle to the sound of "the Irish Wedding Song." I was so moved by this sight--and the sound of that music--that for days afterward I kept listening to the song on the Royal Piper's website. Hiring the Royal Piper was the right thing to do, and we couldn't be happier. His fee for the performance was very reasonable and his attire and manner accentuated the importance of our day.

From the planning to the day of Al was a pleasure to deal with. The sound of the bagpipes was a beautiful way for the new couple to walk down the aisle and it created such an excitement for the guests...everyone was ready to celebrate! The Royal Bagpiper will always be my recommendation for anyone on the search of a professional, friendly and accommodating bagpiper. Thank you for adding to the beauty of my sister and brother in-laws wedding ceremony!

The Royal Piper was a pleasure to work with! Not only was he early and ready to go, he was just very professional and great to talk to. The couple and their guests were extremely happy with his performance. As an event planner, I would definitely use The Royal Piper again.

Booking the Royal Piper was absolutely one of the best decisions for our wedding day. He was very helpful and accommodation when planning our Wedding Day, he was quick to reply to our email correspondence, and kept in constant touch with us.
He arrived ahead of time to ensure he was ready to pipe us through the hotel - which certainly drew a lot of attention !
He was personable, helpful and just a joy to have around, and share our Wedding day with. He was happy to pipe us at the red steps in Times Square.
I cannot recommend him highly enough ! I have no reservations in saying - book him ! you wont regret it
Thank you Al for making our day so special

Al was awesome to work with. Planning a wedding so far away was risky but Al made us feel comfortable, was open to suggestions for music and best of all...he was awesome! Having a bagpiper in Central Park was magic and he certainly drew a crowd to our ceremony. He was right on time, friendly and engaged our guests. If you're considering bagpipes for your event, pick the Royal Piper!

Wonderful from the beginning. Prompt, courteous service with the website and the piper. The piper's skills of playing and speaking to the guests were top notch. The event went off without a hitch. The guests were delighted. I give the Royal Piper a full recommendation for any kind of get-together.

He was so courteous and respectful from the moment I spoke to him to the moment I met him. The day was a little crazy, as it was our wedding, but he performed beautifully and was so professional. It was the best decision I could have made choosing him! I would absolutely refer this royal piper to anyone interested in a bagpipe player for any event.

A talented, gifted professional who went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was special and memorable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AL THE ROYAL PIPER. Al arrived early, prepared and greeted our guest with superior level bagpipe pieces. Our family and friends RAVED about his gifted playing. Al also went out of his way to correct some of our kilt dress errors to ensure we were correct, respectable and our wedding memories would be cherished. You receive more than a talented bagpiper but also a contributing professional to your special occassion. Thank you Al.

Called ahead and arrived an hour early for the graveside service. Offered excellent suggestions on how to integrate musical selections into the service. Impeccably dressed, professional, friendly, and the music was outstanding.

Al was amazing. We booked Al 8 months prior to our wedding, and by we, the bride and the groom's mother and father. The groom was kept in the dark. Al arrived in street clothes, looking very nonchalant, and when he started to play at the start of the ceremony, the groom was blown away. We cannot say enough about Al, he was immensely helpful in selecting our processional and recessional. We would highly recommend him to friends, family, and in fact, bride and groom recommended him to another couple this morning while stopping at the venue to pick up our remaining items!

Our experience with the Royal Piper couldn't be better. I've already recommended him to a friend who called me to ask about him for her daughters wedding. Our wedding was on December 26th and it snowed 28 inches that day/night. Despite that, he came on time and added a great deal to the wedding. He was playing in the blowing wind and snow as if it was a spring day! He never complained about the weather... It was a very small wedding that was pushed up 10 months because my father is ill. We are having a larger 2nd wedding in October down in the Carolina's and if I had the money I would buy his plane ticket to play for us again. Would definitely recommend!

As I approached the church by cab, the first person I saw
Was The Royal Piper and I smiled. It gave me great comfort seeing
Him there early. He was dressed to the hilt in his kilt & looked
Like he belonged on a Scottish mountainside. He played every song
I requested, made great suggestions, was incredibly
Professional and everyone loved him. My brother was surely smiling down
Upon us. Thank you so much.
