Todd was exceptional! He arrived early, as requested, so we could give him a tour of the plant & show him the route to walk while playing. He was very accommodating as we asked that he 'make the loop' while playing & it's a 1/4 mile from front to back, not including the short ends of the square he walked. We have an 843,000 square feet facility here! Dressed in full gear, we were very satisfied & would highly recommend him. We will also book him for next year!

Todd is the picture of consummate professionalism. We had several changes in plans throughout the planning stages and he was very responsive to all of them. Additionally I screwed up and gave him the wrong venue! Due to his aforementioned professionalism he was able to correct my mistake, locate the appropriate venue and still managed to show up on time and ready. If you need a piper, hire Todd.
