Mr. Boswell was a blessing for our family during a very important moment. We had previously hired another bagpiper to play at our grandmothers burial but they cancelled on us last moment. We contacted Mr. Boswell at 10 am and he gladly accepted our offer and drove over an hour to meet us and play for our granny's burial at 2 pm that day. He was on time and dressed to the nines his musicianship on the bagpipes was outstanding! Mr. Boswell will be highly recommended if ever we know someone in need of his services!

Todd is a consummate professional. From initial communication to executed event, he was readily available to answer any questions. Todd was truly awesome. He is a terrific guy, willing to do whatever is requested of him and plays the bagpipes like no one else can. He is truly gifted at playing this instrument. No words could adequately his talent and professionalism.

It was a pleasure to work w/ Todd for our daughter's wedding. Todd responded promptly to all emails, was tremendously kind in responding to mother-of-the-bride questions and concerns, and thoroughly professional in all he did. He arrived at the church in plenty of time to run through the music w/ the organist, and when he changed into full Highland kit and started down the aisle to pipe in the bride to Highland Cathedral, there were goose bumps all around! He went the extra mile by showing the pipes to the kids after the wedding. I recommend Todd Boswell without reservation because of his skill, his professionalism, and especially his kindness.

Mr. Boswell was extremely prompt when answering my request to play at my grandfather's funeral. He was understanding and accommodating during the very stressful time when we were unsure of the exact arrangements. Once the arrangements were known (and were much sooner than we had anticipated), Mr. Boswell did not hesitate in agreeing to perform at the funeral service. The performance including the songs ("Flowers of the Forest" & "Amazing Grace"), the Scottish garb, and the timing during the service were absolutely perfect! It was exactly what my grandfather would have wanted. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Boswell!

Todd was fantastic! He was able to help on on such short notice and even arrived early (after he called and asked if early was acceptable). He even converted music for the bagpipes to a song he hadn't played before that we had asked if he could play. I can't thank him enough for making a difficult time easier. I don't make recommendations, however I would recommend Todd for any event!

Todd was an absolute dream to work with and I will use him again in the future if I should need a piper. My only regret is that we didn't have him play longer! My daughter was thrilled and was also sad he didn't play longer for the wedding as she loved him. He is kind, professional and a joy to work with.

Todd did an amazing job playing for our wedding ceremony. He is quick to respond to emails and is extremely courteous, respectful, and accommodating to all requests. He is an extremely talented musician, and I had dozens of wedding guests telling me after the wedding that they were moved to tears by the bagpipes during the processional and recessional. Todd is very experienced and able to work well with other musicians; he was accompanied by an organist for our wedding and all went perfectly. I couldn't recommend Todd more highly.

I knew Todd Boswell was the perfect choice from the second I saw him. He looks very impressive in his kilt and other finery. It was more impressive than I had hoped for. He played beautifully and everytime I see someone who attending the wedding, they always mention him and how wonderful the bagpipes were. It really helped to make my sons wedding a truly memorable event. People will be talking about the beautiful wedding we had for a very long time. Everyone I have spoken to said it was the most wonderful and memorable wedding they've ever attended.

The three songs which Todd played before some 250 witnesses at our Confederate Circle memorial service at Evergreen Cemetery made this an extra special service, many being moved to tears. Mr. Boswell was the consummate professional. Before the funeral, he contacted me and gave me several options for the performance. He then coordinated with several others who had roles in the funeral service to make sure everything ran smoothly. He arrived for the performance early, just in case we needed him before the appointed time, and then performed a beautiful tribute to the deceased. His rate was reasonable, especially in light of the skill he demonstrated. I would strongly recommend Mr. Boswell to those looking for a piper.
