The best review I can give is that our ogranzation would hire Russell Johnson and his band mates again in a heart beat. Mr. Johnson was easy to communicate with, showed up on time for our event and provided us with wonderful Blue Grass music. You can not go wrong with these musicians.

We had the best time Russ and his band perform all the songs we love. My family reunion was so entertaining, we highly recommend Russell Johnson and Friends. They are very talented and played everything we requested plus so much more. They were punctual and great at communication prior to our event. Planning an event can be stressful but I didn’t have to worry about the band. Thank you our family really appreciate your great work.

Russell Johnson was very accommodating for our school fundraiser oyster roast event. He and his group were a huge hit and set the fun tone for evening. I would suggest them for any event where you want people to have a GREAT time!

Russell and Diamond Creek are an extremely talented bluegrass band and fantastic to work with. The variety of music was great and they were well received by our audience. From the moment that I accepted the offer from Russell Johnson, the director of Diamond Creek Bluegrass Band, and talked with him on the phone, I knew I had made the right choice. Russell was very accommodating, and made this entire experience with Diamond Creek Bluegrass Band very enjoyable.
The music that this five person band provided had great variety, and the various members of the band were very talented. The feedback that I have received from those in attendance have been very consistent. Russell Johnson and Diamond Creek Bluegrass Band gave us a Fantastic and Awesome 1 1/2 hour concert. I would definitely hire them again. My first choice!
