The number of musicians needed/hired, length of performance, traveling distance and costs, sound equipment needs, and special accommodations all play a role. We try to be fair, normally charging a simple flat fee for all events which are in short driving distance (under 2 hours), and require a 1-3 hour performance slot... we are flexible with performance times as needed for events.
