Chad is an exceptional speaker with real life stories to back up his content. Our organization holds quarterly conferences that I have planned over the past 5 years - in that time, I have never seen an audience as engaged as they were with Chad. He invites the audience into the conversation while maintaining control over the room and sprinkling humor throughout. Chad gets bonus stars for arriving early to interact with the attendees and staying well after the presentation to take pictures and interact one-on-one with our guests. Truly an impressive and impactful person in every aspect - highly recommend!

Chad Willett was amazing from start to finish. He is so passionate about what he does and met with my group before our conference to make sure he understood us and catered his session to us. He was engaging, motivational and fun. Our group consists of all the College Registrar's from New York's 64 SUNY campuses, and he left us all with valuable insight we are able to use in our professional and personal lives. Chad was fantastic! He was exactly what our school district was looking for to kick off our school year. I was drawn to the 4 tenets of "Smash the Box". Ever since my first contact with Chad, he was extremely helpful, easy to work with and his cummunication was off the charts. He spent a considerable amount of time getting to know me, the other administrators and our district. Our planning sessions helped me feel comfortable with the message he was going to share. His time with us was very customizable. On the day of the presentation, Chad showed up early to get to know some of our staff, and he knocked his presentation out of the park!

Chad did such a great job! Everyone loved his presentation and was speaking about it for weeks. We had a speaker drop out at last minute and he could have not been more gracious about working with us and making this important keynote speaker engagement perfect. He is a great speaker and a lovely person. I think everyone should have him at your event. His presentation was thoughtful and helpful and uplifting. Our recent experience with Gig Masters and Chad J. Willett was exceptional!! The booking process was easy and smooth. Chad attended to EVERY detail. He took my call and emails personally, forwarded an event summary form for me to complete and followed up with a one-to-one online meeting to be sure his keynote address was customized to meet our event objectives. Chad did such a great job speaking to our team for our 10th Anniversary Party we threw in St Charles.
