Chad provided our keynote address for a group of third-party benefits administrators attending a software 'best practices' conference, and we have received nothing but positive comments. The extra copies of his book, Smash the Box!, that we had on hand were all immediately snapped up, too. Chad was easy to work with and obviously a very warm and sincere person with a valuable message to share. We highly recommend him!
