The artist was an absolute pleasure to work with and was very professional. We just didn't think the drawings consistently captured the individuals being drawn.

She was late due to traffic and that was no problem. When we book it we say 20 to 25 people. the party was smaller only ten so after 12 drawing we ask if she would do one of the birthday girls little brother and friend. She told us she was already 15 minutes over, no mention of being late and would only charge $15 more for her time. At that point I put my money away recounted and added her $15 overtime and took back the $100 tip I was including. She only did 11 drawing in that time. It's to bad I would have used she again for Christmas parties at work and my son's birthday. Customer service was lacking!!!!! Peter Micca

I regret that this customer was upset with a number of things, thankfully my talent not one of them. This is a first and I am sorry he was unsatisfied. From my perspective: I apologized for being late explaining why, conversation was pleasant, as for speed, I always estimate 7-8 full body color, but that can vary by 1 or 2 ph. I have actually had customers tell me how quick I am (never promise 20-25 in color in 2 hours)! Regarding the overtime fee, it was beyond the 2 hours (hired for) I did once I arrived, so I felt perfectly justified is asking for a small additional (and less than usual) fee. I always aim to please and am disappointed the customer wasn't happy.

Unfortunately with traffic issues she was 35 to 45 minutes late. BUT the big problem is I hired her to do 25 pictures and only 24 people showed up. And of the 24 people 6 DIDN'T get their drawings done and they were disappointed including my husband and myself. So no I won't tell anyone to hire her. Sorry. But I liked your service, you had many choices and will use you again.

I’m sorry that you were not happy with my services. I regret being late due to traffic and I was happy to stay the full 1-1/2 and would’ve been willing to stay longer, had I known there were 25 all to be drawn. I would not have booked a gig for an 1-1/2 had I known (standard 2 hour minimum waived to accommodate). I tell clients especially when asked, that it takes about 4-5 minutes to draw a single black-and-white headshot with likeness. So 16 to 18 is about the average for an hour and a half which you said was done. I am happy that a number of your guests were pleased with their pics, and I am sorry that you were displeased overall.
