Rick was professional, prompt and patient. We had quite a few 10-year old girls and he managed to handle them all - even while they were crowded around him. He listened to the girls requests and honored them the best he could. They thoroughly enjoyed his drawings.

Friendly and very professional. He drew on quality paper, pre-printed with my Daughter's name and event date, adding another level of professionalism to the work. I liked that he use marker instead of charcoal to make the drawings. With the exception of a few singles and multiples, most of the guests were sketched in pairs. I had hoped to get to most of the guests, but sketching black and white head shots, he was able to sketch only about 10-12 people an hour. However, many were kids, ranging from 10 months to about 15y/o. Rick was able to work with the fidgety kids and capture their "essence"with multiple quick glances, and not a long portrait type sitting session

Rick was excellent and very proffesional. He was easy to communicate with and even went so far as to create a special digital caricticure for my daughter before hand that we could use as an edible image on her cake (for an additional charge). Kids loved him and it was a extra special added element to my daughters birthday party that every one was so happy with. Would highly reccomend him.

Rick arrived early to set up and he was very professional. He drew pictures of all of the children and he had a cheerful demeanor, which made the children feel very comfortable with him. I asked to change the start time by 30 minutes and he was very accomodating. He answered all of my email inquiries promptly. I would definitely recommend him to other people who are interested in hiring a caricature artist.

rick contacted me soon after i booked him, he sent me his professional contract snd we spoke on the phone which impressed me. at our event he was friendly and did a wonderful job with the caricatures. everybody liked their version of themselves.

I was disappointed that the quote price was for black & white drawing and that colored drawing cost more. I think that it should have been address when the quote was given.

Mr. Bacorn; I am sorry that you were disappointed that the quote was for black and white and not for color caricatures. However I clearly stated in my quote: "As requested, I am placing a bid for $220.00 for 2 hours (I have a 2 hour minimum for all events), which would include the fee that would go to Gigmasters. For black and white caricatures, I can draw 1 person every 3-5 minutes. For color caricatures, I can draw 1 person every 6-9 minutes for an additional $25 per hour, however if you are expecting a large group of guests I would recommend the black and white to get more done."

Our guests enjoyed having Rick draw their portraits. Guests kept him busy during the night. I went over to introduce myself but there was a guest in his chair each time.
