Annalisa was professional, knowledgeable, caring, and an absolute pleasure! Ms. Ewald out-performed on our special day! Our families were exceptionally thrilled to have her be part of our intimate wedding. We hired Annalisa Ewald to provide background music for our son's rehearsal dinner at a tapas wine bar and restaurant. She played beautiful classical and Spanish guitar music throughout the evening, adding a wonderful touch to the event. We received many, many compliments about her performance as well as several inquiries asking us how we were so fortunate to have found her! The demo CD she sent to us when we were considering hiring her was a true representation of her talent and ability. Annalisa was professional, accommodating, and pleasant to all of our guests. Annalisa was wonderful! She did an incredible job of synthesizing our requests and then realizing them at the wedding. We wanted traditional New England melded with traditional Costa Rican... she had a wonderfully varied repeertoire of Elizabethan, Classical, Spanish and Latin American music. Annalisa Ewald was extremely talented, professional and friendly. Many of our guests commented on the beautiful music she was able to provide for our ceremony and reception and how much they enjoyed her presence. She is a brilliant musician and yet is able to play with enough subtlety that our reception did not become a musical event. My husband, who hadn't had a chance to speak with her prior to the event, was so happy that Annalisa was able to play for us! Her ability to play a particular selection for our ceremony was very much appreciated and added special meaning to our day. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Annalisa to a friend!
