We had a violinist and cellist perform at our wedding. Both were pleasant, professional, and outstanding musicians who played precisely what we wanted. They added immeasurably to the wedding, and we were delighted that we chose them. Thanks to all for making this happen!

My wife and I booked the trio for our wedding and were blown away by their performance. We had an outdoor wedding and the trio played during our ceremony and subsequent cocktail hour. Our guests loved them and they created a wonderful atmosphere. They even learned a song that we particularly liked just for our ceremony and their rendition was wonderful. Highly recommended!

We hired the International String Trio for our rehearsal dinner, held in a theatre. The dinner was relatively formal, and our vision was for a festive yet elegant event. The International String Trio was the highlight. They exceeded our expectations, played a great variety of music (jazz and similar at cocktails, quieter at dinner, more upbeat for dancing afterwards) and helped make the event elegant, lively, and fun. We had 85 guests; the International String Trio would have been great for a smaller or bigger event. We received many compliments on the selection of the band, with several guests asking for the band's contact info and for recordings. Fantastic!

This group was very talented and established a wonderful rapport with the audience. Their repertoire included many classical music- derived tunes done in a variety of styles. They were particularly effective in their renditions of various folk/ethnic tunes and dances. Their commentary on the music between numbers was interesting and entertaining and their style of relating to one another and the audience was relaxed and comfortable. This is toe-tapping, uplifting music, perfect for informal concerts, gatherings and parties. I highly recommend them!

Exquisite! They were fabulous musicians as well as being polite, on time, and extremely professional. They were very versatile with there musical offerings and delighted us with a variety of styles. A great show! The trio was suitable for background music, but it seemed a waste to not just stop and watch them. They are concert worthy!

These guys were awesome. All the wedding guests loved the different styles and loved the athentic and unique sound of the trio. Slava Tolstoy is a great band leader and wonderful guitar player. I can't say enough about how good this band is.

The trio was wonderful, I loved the sound and ecletic nature of the added classical guitar. They may the ceremony quite beautiful, as well as the cocktail hour. And they even stayed around for a little bit to aid in the delivery of our best man's speech. They were wonderful.

I only heard a little of their music as I was doing pictures and so not paying attention during the ceremony. Everyone came up to me after the wedding and said how wonderful they were. Glowing reviews all around. I only wish I had time to listen

The group did a great job for us at our house party and concert for about 25 neighbors and friends. They played two sets with a short break between. The trio had a marvelously diverse repertoire: classical, jazz, world folk, standards. They played the specific pieces we had requested from their songlist and also picked some others that displayed their talents. I recommend the group highly!

I was organzing a conference when we found out that the musicians we were planning on hiring has just disbanded, less than 1 week before our conference! i got in touch with the International String Trio, and was given a great price, and complete flexibility on what type of music we wanted (classical, jazz, etc). great communication, arrived exactly at their arranged time, and put on a great performance. in the end, conference was great, got a ton of compliments on the music, and will be using IST for all of our upcoming events.

They were so accommodating! Just for the event, they learned a song written by my brother in law as a wedding march. They were also very flexible in terms of time and all the guests said that they loved the music!

We are so glad that we found International String Trio on GigMasters!! We had an intimate wedding on Nantucket, MA and Slava was a open to travel to the island for the day with his partner (violinist) to play during our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner reception. We loved their pop music which they were able to incorporate this into the reception music list. They sounded wonderful during the entire event. They were timely and flexible. They even played a special request that a family member sang to for our first dance!! I highly recommend International String Trio for your next event!!

It's always hard to put together a funeral: you're rushing to get it done in a matter of days, there are tons of details to take care of, and there is that sadness and grief which you and others involved in the event are dealing with. The International String Trio did a great job in making our wish come true of having a specialized trio at the funeral and reception. They responded promptly to my request, they had their side of the details worked out perfectly, they were clear with their expectations, and they listened carefully to our needs and desires. The result was a very touching and valuable addition to our memorial remembrance. It made the event. Thank you.
