James was excellent for our intimate Laguna Beach wedding ceremony. He provided the soundtrack to our wedding and made it so special, allowing us to pick each song for our ceremony (including some songs pre-ceremony), and even played a song request from the grooms father. He was proactive in messaging us the morning of the wedding to check in and showed up to the beach on time. We couldn’t have asked for a better musician. Our wedding was so much more special for having Jim and his talent included in our ceremony. We would highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Jim! He was so easy to work with, he showed up early and he played his heart out. He's very talented and I appreciate that he could give his ditties a little Latin flavor., which is what we wanted for this event. He also plays the classics like the Beetles. I plan to hire him for my next party as well.

James was an absolutely stand up guy. Very nice, professional, accommodating, and pleasant to speak to. Aside from that, he is an incredibly talented guitarist! My wife and I hired James to play our wedding and tried our best to communicate the style of guitar we wanted played - James was amazing and understood just what we were looking for and played exactly that. He was able to accommodate a few special request songs we had, and he played them absolutely wonderfully. We could not have been more happy with our decision to have James play our wedding! We hired James for our wedding at the Montage Laguna Beach. He was phenomenal and an absolute pleasure to work with! So many of our guests raved about him, and his excellent song selections. He also saved the day when we were unable to play our first dance song due to technical difficulties. He immediately offered to play a song for us, and it was beautiful! We highly recommend booking James for your event!

Jim is absolutely incredible. We hosted my mom and dad‘s 50th wedding anniversary. About 75 guests in their backyard and he played music the entire time. It was so beautiful. We had so many people come up and ask where we found him. Not only is he a wonderful musician, he seems to be a beautiful human being as well. We will definitely be using him again and again and again.
