I needed a performer on short notice for an event in Aliso Viejo. I work in our corporate office in Texas, so I don't have a lot of contacts in Orange County at this point. James was able to accept our job and did everything he could to communicate and accommodate me leading up to the event and while I was traveling. He arrived promptly, was well prepared and performed beautifully, setting just the right tone/ambiance. I would definitely work with him again and look forward to future opportunities.

James is such a talented musician. Everyone that attended the Rehearsal Dinner thoroughly enjoyed his music. James is very professional and easy to work with. He even took special requests and handled some MC duties flawlessly. We cannot say enough good things about him. Will definitely will hire him again in the future.

Having James play during a cocktail reception prior to the formal reception, turned out to be one of the most enjoyable aspects of the wedding event. Many of our guests commented on James and the quality of his playing. He came in quickly and quietly, set up in a corner of the courtyard and was ready to go with minimal direction. He played the genre we had discussed and added so much to the ambiance. His beautiful classical guitar, playing in the background as guests enjoyed a nice glass of wine, lively conversation and the sun setting into the Pacific Ocean, was a great lead in to the laid-back but more formal vibe of the reception. I highly recommend James Vita!

James Vita's musicianship set the tone for our gathering. We had a luncheon at Old Ranch Country Club in Seal Beach to commemorate our Mom's passing. James's music provided a relaxing & light hearted ambience, for what could have been very somber & sad. His performance was impeccable. He was very professional, as well as accommodating; agreeing to start 30 minutes earlier, & playing a song I especially requested.

We were so pleased to have James at our wedding. We wanted a to give our guests something special and have a more meaningful experience. James provided just that. He was very helpful during the planning, offering his ideas and he was very open to ours. We were able to collaborate on the song choices, and he even was able to accommodate a song with vocals into a solo acoustic piece for the processional. The day of the wedding, he showed up early to make sure everything was in order. His playing was beautiful and it really made our day. James Vita was excellent in communicating details prior to the event. His music thrilled everyone in attendance of our party, and everyone wanted to know where on earth we found such a talented and professional musician. James played songs upon request as people were able to easily socialize as the music was not overbearing, and some danced to their favorite tunes. My husband and I look forward to James providing our party music in the future. A true gentleman and a wonderful guitarist. i might add he plays an amazing range of music styles, something for everyone!

We booked Jim for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour and what a hit! He was always responsive to emails and very helpful in choosing pieces that would flow well together for our ceremony. Jim was extremely professional and accommodating. He even allowed us to use his microphone for speeches and his amplifier to play a few songs from our iPod. He kept himself pretty low key and allowed my guest to enjoy his music in the background. To top it all off he is an extremely talented guitarist. We would definitely hire Jim again given another opportunity.

Jim was extremely professional and accommodated my special song requests for our ceremony. All of our guests found him to be very talented and thought the music was very appropriate for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. He was responsive when I had questions or comments which was very important as I planned the wedding from out of state. He had an extensive list of songs to choose from that he already knew that we could choose from as well. His song selection included a lot of modern songs which was important to us as well since the majority of our wedding guests were in their 20s and 30s. He was also reasonably priced compared to the other quotes I received.

Jim responded quickly to each of my emails. He arrived well ahead of his start time, set up his equipment efficiently, played beautifully, and was pleasant and professional.
