Karen gave a great performance at our wedding ceremony. We asked her to perform showtunes and classical music while guests arrived and during parts of the ceremony itself. Her performance was very fitting for the occasion - elegant and moving. We received many compliments from our guests on it. Karen was a pleasure to work with throughout. Communication was easy and fast. My wife and I recommend her highly!

My wife tasked me with finding talent to perform at our wedding ceremony. After reading reviews about Karen online, I decided to reach out to her about performing for us. What seems like a simple task, isn't always such a thing for someone who has no knowledge of talented musicians and poor taste in music. Karen's professionalism, and vast understanding of what we were looking for made her the easy choice for us! She showed up to the venue early, and played wonderful music for our guests (even some tacky requests on our part). Karen is a wonderful musician, and excellent person to do business with. I would recommend Karen to anyone, in a heartbeat!

Karen and Matthew were so easy to work with and did an absolutely wonderful job with our wedding ceremony! I only teared yo twice all day and once was when they started playing A Thousand Years as my dad and I walked down the aisle. It was beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned. I would recommend Karen to anyone looking for a ceremony musician for their wedding!

I have always been hesitant to book anything online, and for something as special as wedding I was even more. Reading others review really helped, so I hope to be as helpful to others writing this review. Karen went above and beyond my expectations, she was very professional, always kept in communication with me from the beginning, was accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone, although I did not get a chance to meet her because of the multiple things happening during the wedding it was great to hear the songs of my choice played at such good quality, made all the difference when walking down the aisle.

Karen was able to accommodate a last minute request to play violin for a small, intimate garden wedding at our home in CT. She was responsive and professional on the telephone and in email. She arrived exactly on time, dressed appropriately, and was friendly and accommodating. She played a diverse set of classical pieces perfect for a summer evening in a garden, and played beautifully. Every guest commented on Karen's talent... She was key to the success of our event. I would hire her again in a minute.. In fact I would find a reason to have an event as an excuse to bring her back!

Karen killed it. I never actually interacted with her on my wedding day -- all I had to do was tell her where and when to show up, and without fail she was there. She played beautiful music and met her cues and was a big hit with the guests, both during my wedding ceremony and at cocktail hour. Just hire her already!

We booked Karen for our wedding ceremony and she was excellent. The ceremony was at the Boston Public Garden on a Saturday morning and we weren't sure of the exact location until Friday night. Karen went to the general area we provided and even came to the lobby of the hotel we were getting ready at to make sure she was at the right place. She played both of the songs we requested and was able to fill the rest of the time with music she felt was appropriate.

Karen was prompt and on time. I heard nothing negative from any of my guest. They loved that she played a variety of music from modern to oldies. She was on point with the vintage theme and was very pleasant. I would recommend her all over again.
