Nice, friendly, very talented, kids and adults had fun during his show in addition to the high quality customer service,He experienced technical issues with speakers but still did a great performance regardless in other words was on top of his game by all aspects thank you so much for everything

He did really well for event. He kept the kids ranging from age 4-15 entertained for about 20 minutes, then made a balloon for each of the 80 + students. Very nice guy, then kids really enjoyed him.

He was patient and offered to wait before his performance since some guests were running late. He was super polite and hilarious. I have friends asking for his info for future birthday parties.

TRULY AMAZING! NOT ONLY DID THE KIDS LOVE THE SHOW, AND BALLOON TWISTING, CRICKETT WAS VERY PATIENT AS THE PARTY STARTED LATE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM, HE IS PROFESSIONAL AND GREAT WITH KIDS. HE CERTAINLY DESERVES A 5 STAR RATING.

Crickett was a pleasure to work with for our daughter's birthday party. He was responsive, he was punctual, he was personable, he was talented at multiple kid-friendly activities (balloon animals were a huge hit!) and he put on an entertaining show. Many of the parents even asked for his contact info for future events!

I REGRET hiring Crickett for my client's event. - He was on his phone texting the majority of the event (there was no valid emergency or reason) - He was sent home early because of his poor performance and negative attitude - He gave attitude to the 2 year old birthday boy because the 2 year old popped a balloon - He seemed like he hated his job - Guests complained about his demeanor the entire time - His demeanor was so poor, I was embarrassed that I chose him for the party. I asked for the deposit back and he refused. I ended up refunding the client in full ($250) myself for his poor service.

While I certainly appreciate that this agent l feels that they did not receive the level of service expected, when I left this event the agent seemed happy, as did the client and party guests. But regardless of whether I receive a positive or negative review, I learn something new from each engagement/gig, and am appreciative of the time I spent at this party. With that said, there are some significant inaccuracies in this review, including the claim that I refused to fully refund the client. I offered a full refund, as per my satisfaction guarantee. As a professional of 15 years, I am terribly sorry and surprised to read this review. All of the attendees seemed to enjoy the show and the client texted the next day to let me know the show was great. I am afraid that perhaps the silly magic show that was requested was not the show that was desired. Most who book me through this website are looking for a family friendly show, so to ensure client satisfaction, I will only work blue if specifically asked. The postponed start time of 8:30 resulted in less-than-ideal performing conditions because of the lack of light for the juggling & danger tricks.
