My overall experience was a good one. Staff was availble to address my questions and concerns with a prompt response during the planning process. Staff arrived on time and I had Mrs. Pink Minnie Mouse for my daughters 3rd birthday and she as so happy! Staff was patient in allowing family and guests to take as many pictures they wanted. The kept the children engaged in activities and Minnie stood along side my daughter for her birthday song. The balloon twisting was great too they made beautiful flowers that were unique.

I recently had Bubbles Productions come out to do my power ranger themed birthday party. So of course that means I ordered the red ranger, he arrived early and actually stayed later than requested. The kids enjoyed the magic show and majority of the games. I did not really have the space needed for most of the games due to the weather the party was indoors instead of out but like I said it was really enjoyable.

The performer was great- it was just what I wanted for 4-year olds, and Willie's balloon tricks were impressive and enjoyable. Bubbles should be clearer about the price and extras that are and are not included. Overall, I was very happy with their service.

Entry theme song could have been nice. Other than that the performer was very accomdative and friendly to kids. He was very punctual too.

In general think my husband and I expected much more from our Rapunzel, Jessica, and the whole experience. We had very high expectations. Jessica was very nice, but forgot to take off her coat for the first hour. She came through the door and just sort of put a tiny crown on my daughter and gave her a little wand and that was the crowing experience. I expected more of a show with a glowing princess with a bubbly personality. On a more positive note, the face painting was great and the balloons were pretty good. The children enjoyed this part. Furthermore, Jessica was on time and communicated with us in a professional manner. The overall experience was mediocre.

The company handled the overall transaction very professionally. Absolutely no concerns there. the performance was ok. Don’t have any complaints as such. It is just that there was nothing special about the performance. I just don’t think there was much value for the money I paid. May be it is because i did not know what to expect with the singing telegram performance. In any case, the &4 per cotton candy is not worth it.

Based on feedback I received from the event, the performer was OK, but he arrived 25 minutes late to the event. I was not present, so I do not know why he was late. Since we had planned to have him arrive 30 minutes after our event started, it meant that some folks had to wait almost an hour. I had provided an alternate contact person/phone

When i read the reviews on bubbles before hiring it was mostly about how wonderful Amanda and the crew was but we ended up with a performer who was not kid friendly based on the response from the parents and his tricks were lamest one could think of. The older kids did not like it at all and ended leaving. I know i will not be recommending Bubbles to friends except if Amanda herself will be there, i can understand she cannot be everywhere. That being the case she needs to hire performers that will live up to what she has established.
