I WAS NOT PLEASE WITH THE SERVICE

May we please know why? We showed up at the address you gave and no one was there. The number you gave us was disconnected, so we had to wait for you to call us to find out where the event was. The party location moved to a location 15 minutes away from the given address and we still accommodate that. We were never informed of the location change. We stayed extra time for free as well in order to get all the children done. We were complimented by the guests there for how good of a job was done and even asked for our business cards to book us. Now we are unable to get ahold of the client to find out why she was not pleased. I have sent several e-mails.

I am so disappointed! The event suppo i hased to start @ 3-4:30 pm but they forgot about it. I have to call and text Amanda t find out what was going on but it took her awhile to get back to me. My daughter and her guests were waiting for the magic show etc. And they were so excited but got frustrated waiting. Amanda sent a proxy of her and came around 5:30-6 pm! And she just did face painting and balloon twisting. This is ny first time to book an event like this but it was a disappointment. Amanda offered a discount for the fees to make amend and i appreciated it but the damaged has been done. I will never recommend her and gigmaster for future events.

I am extremely saddened to read this. I admitted I made a mistake because I never got a party request form, so it was accidentally overlooked, 100% my fault, as this week has been very bad since my dog has been in and out of the vet due to complications from a liver shunt. We are human and we make mistakes and I did everything I could to make it better, which I'm sorry wasn't worth anything more than 1 star. I sent out my best princess performer ASAP to your event and as I mentioned on the phone she did not have magic on her and you said that was fine and were happy because of the big discount I gave to make amends.

I was not happy with the character I received for my son's birthday party. She did nothing special, other than wear a costume. I was expecting entertainment, or dancing, but instead she stayed in one location and just waved and moved side to side. Several people commented on the characters lack of entertainment. Outside of the costume she seemed like a very nice lady but her actual performance was boring and lack luster. Also, I didn't receive any temporary tattoos and that I was told I would receive

I requested 1 hour of superman and 1 hour of face paintingand balloons. superman was awesome he played with kids and everything but the guy who was supposed to face paint faces and balloons never showed up on time. he said he got lost but how come superman got there with no problem. he called me saying he couldnt find the place and got rude with me on the phone and yelling..i could not have that attitude specially infront of the kids and i told him i didnt want him there. i talked to the owner she apologized and tool hands on the matter..thank you for that..

We hired two balloon twisters for a community event that was from 3:00-5:00. Both twisters arrived late. One was 15 minutes late and the other was a half-hour late. Neither contacted me to let me know they were running late although they were given my cell phone number. I had to call them to find out where they were. To their credit, they did stay late although the event was over. They seemed to interact well with the children and worked hard while they were there. It was just hard to get past the fact that they were late.

I found the vendor to be friendly, courteous, professional and without a double ready to accommodate the requests given by the children and teens on making of balloons. Neat in appearance, arrived 10 mins early for set up, Asked if we required any additional special needs in providing requests to the children. Yes I would highly recommend gig master for events and I personally will be contacting them again for our fall church picnic in September. Without a doubt I would not hesitate to hire a entertainer of gig master. Thank you and personally thank your balloon twister for a putting happy little faces on our children and their parents.

All of our face painters were punctual, professional, talented, and friendly. One of them even joined the kids in dancing once the event came to an end. Everyone commented on how talented they were. Thank you for making our event a success!

Santa Wes did a fantastic job with our event. He was courteous, great with even the most hesitant of kids, and put up with the somewhat chaotic day. I would strongly recommend him for any other event - he really embodied Santa in every way. We are looking forward to hopefully working with him at our event next year.

We were very happy with Roy. The kids loved the face painting and balloon twisting. Roy was imaginative and patient with the kids. And they loved him as Simba when it was time for birthday cake. Simba posed for endless photos, and even managed to play some ping pong. Thank you very much.

What almost started out as a disaster certainly turned around. Unfortunately our Gentleman had a costume malfunction. It took sometime to fix that but after that he was wonderful. Kids enjoyed him even though he was a maskless spiderman
