We hired them to play for a graduation party for 3 hours, starting at 5:30. The guests requested that they play longer, turned out until 10:30 that night. Great entertainment for dancing, singing along. My son had given them a list of his favorite songs and they came prepared to play them and more as the requests kept coming in. We would hire them again and highly recommend them.

It was "Oh my God" they're playing 'Stray Cats'! - 'Look - they've let Doug sit in on the drums" and "Mike's sitting in with the tambourine"! The dance floor was crowded. Everyone was up and dancing...even us Baby Boomers! Deja Blu are an experience to savor...by all means you want them to play for your event.

This was probably the most special and important event in my life and hiring Deja Blu was the best thing we could have done to make this event perfect. They interacted great with us and our guests. Deja Blu was fabulous. The music was so fantastic and fun, with a lovely, lively balance of fast and slow songs, sprinkled with our personal favorites (Santana being my husband's favorite, the birthday guy). They were both involved in the party, and performing, making space for all the special things we had planned for this 60th Birthday Bash. Deja Blu was both the glue and the sparkle that made the party work. A grand time was had by all. Several guests commented on how great the band was. One friend said "I have to have them at my 60th party." If you are looking for a fantastic party band, you just need look no further. Deja Blu stands alone, in my opinion.

There is a reason that this is the number one band in Denver. They are great musicians, accomodating, and very professional. We went to see others on the list and they did not even come close to the range and quality of Liz and the rest of the band. The day of the party the sound man was there early to set up and everything went very smooth. They got the party started as soon as they started playing and kept up the great energy until the very last song. This is the band....look no further. Rick M

Deja Blu helped us throw a terrific outdoor private party. The weather was a bit rainy, but they worked through it with professionalism and made everyone forget the drizzle. The music can't be beat, and they were splendid to work with.

Deja Blu was great to work with! Our first dance was a last minute request that wasn't on their playlist, but their rendition was great. The blues jam we requested couldn't have been any better even if we were on Beale Street! There are only a couple complaints. They mispronounced my husband's name when calling us for our first dance, and he was referred to as The Groom the rest of the night. We also set up iPod playlists between sets that didn't transition cleanly. There was an awkward gap after the first dance and we had to intervene and start the iPod playlist during the confusion. We lost a bit of the dramatic effect we were hoping for, but it worked out okay.
