Jamal showed up before the agreed time and was ready to go for the start of the party. He was very professional and, as agreed, played a mix of 1980s pop as well as more contemporary pop music for our 1980s prom party celebrating my and my husband's 50th birthdays. He managed to get the handful of teens on the dancefloor several times, as well as the mostly 50 year olds. Several partygoers complimented us on the food, venue and DJ. So many thanks to Jamal and I happily recommend him.

Beyond happy. Dj Jamm made our wedding FUN. From the first song onward, every choice was appropriate and well-timed. He set the tone perfectly, and made the night memorable. Jamal is also a super nice guy.

Accommodative: client wanted to serenade. DJ Jamm promptly sent acoustic-only MP3 to help him practice, and played the exact same file at the event.
Professional: always wears a great smile, uses high-quality equipment.

DJ Jamm hosted our recent sweet 16 party. He was a pleasure to work for from start to finish. He guided me on how to do 16 candles, played all the music we requested and had the kids dancing all night, up until it was time for the party to be over. I had an amazing time with DJ Jamm last night and as Pop/Rock/Soul/Opera Artiste DJ Jamm knows how to make me feel relaxed on stage. He's very professional, humble, punctual and very easy to work with. It is more fun for me being on stage with DJ Jamm. I was reluctant to hire someone via Gigmasters but I'm so glad we did! Jamal was quick to respond & differentiated himself by picking up the phone to consult us on our wedding day. He was very sensitive to the different ethnic & cultural backgrounds my fiance and I represent & understood the importance of both families coming together through music, ambiance & dance. He was wonderful in working with us w/ regard to budget, needs & style. He was organized, calm & kept us on the same page to make our wedding day so special.
A true professional, vast music selection, great on the mic & so personable that he's practically a long time friend to us. 5 stars all around!

D.J. Jamm is an amazing entertainer. He has a knack for keeping his finger on the pulse of the crowd to ensure that there are no "dull" moments. This was a challenge for our party as 95 % of the guests were between 55 and 75, but we also had some very hip thirty-something's. the dance floor was always full with both age groups . D.J . Played great jazz during the cocktail party and kept the volume low during dinner so that people could talk. We have had so many people calling to tell us what a great party it was and that is all because of D.J. Jamm!

DJ Jamm really had his work cut out for him. Not only did our Christmas event get overbooked at our venue, but we had to move a total of three times. DJ Jamm was amazing and rolled with every curveball that came our way. He was extremely professional and very accommodating. His song choices couldn't have been better. To anyone looking to hire a DJ, please hire DJ Jamm. He certainly wont dissapoint!! Thanks DJ Jamm a million times!!!

Jay was such a pleasure to work with. In a large pool of DJ's in the tri-state area, it was admittedly overwhelming locking down the perfect person to do the job. Jay came in with a great reputation on past gigs he's worked at and upon our phone conversation, his understanding how much Filipinos love to line dance sealed the deal. The party enjoyed the music & dancing, and the flow of the party was very seamless from cocktail hour to introductions, speeches, and dances.
Cannot thank Jay enough for his services.
