I just got married on July 4, 2015. I was initially really nervous to find a DJ because of the diverse crowd I had at my wedding. DJ Sense came through in every way possible. He exceeded my expectations. Our crowd was dancing the entire night. He was ALWAYS professional, readily available, and kept in constant contact with me via phone and email. He even made a trip to our venue for a "walk through" beforehand. He played a large variety of music, took requests, and even played Salvadorian Cumbia to accommodate my husband's family. I highly recommend him without hesitation and would not think to hire anyone else for an event. Hire him. THANK YOU, DJ Sense!

The absolute best decision I made for our wedding ceremony was hiring DJ sense. I've never posted a review online for anything, no one is paying me to say this and I'm not blowing any smoke. DJ Sense (Jose) arrived early, he was actually the first person there. He and his wife were both very kind and professional, and they helped with any request we had. Could not recommend them any more. We had a near perfect ceremony and a large part of that was Jose. Thank you.

Jose, 'DJ Sense' was wonderful at our wedding. The guests were all on the dance floor having a great time. The intro's/toast etc could have gone smoother but overall it was a great night. I would recommend DJ Sense to any event.

DJ Sense did an awesome job at my wedding! He was extremely accommodating; we met several times and he even put together our first dance song (which was amazing!!). He was able to cater to the Russian and Spanish speaking guests at the wedding, and he put on some good party music to dance to. He was also in charge of playing music during my ceremony, which he did exactly as we discussed. We had some special requests, and he was able to accommodate them (even though that involved editing some songs). Overall, he is organized, professional, pleasant, and very good at what he does. I would absolutely recommend/ hire him again!

We were quite pleased with DJ Sense and his work. He was friendly, accommodating, and arrived on time. I would just recommend that he works on making sure that all people are included in the bridal party announcements (two people were missing from our introductions, but then again we had a lot of changes going on that morning).

Dj Sense was very quick to respond to emails and phone calls, which was great. Music and equipment were up to date and he did a nice job accommodating to our unique venue (dance room was in adjacent room to the main reception room).
There were just a couple times where he could have been better organized. For example, my wife and I each chose a first dance song to be played back to back. Dj Sense did this well, but he could have done a better job explaining this to the guests as we requested. But we realize this is an atypical scenario for our wedding.
Overall, Dj Sense was professional, very accommodating, and we were pleased with the music during the night.

Jose/DJ Sense did a wonderful job on our wedding. He met with us twice before the actual event to make sure the music was right, and played everything we asked him to play. He helped to find the music we didn't have in our possession. He kept track of how the evening was going, and made selections to keep the reception lively.
We are very happy we chose DJ Sense for our wedding, and would recommend him highly to others.

From our first contact with DJ Sense, I knew that we would be satisfied with his involvement on our special day. He was prompt in responding to phonecalls/emails, and he was very flexible in accommodating our wishes for our wedding reception. He even was willing to send a spreadsheet with his music library to make sure we had the songs we wanted. He was punctual and prepared on the day of our event. The groom and I had so much fun and didn't have to worry about whether the party would keep going in moments that we had to greet or say goodbye to guests- everyone kept dancing. I highly recommend DJ Sense. Friends at our wedding asked about him for their future events.

DJ Sense was great to work with. He was very accommodating to all of our requests. He created a great playlist and listened to our input. He was professional and conscientious through the whole process.
The only other thing we would say is that DJ sense had a pre-recorded announcement soundbit that was a little unsettling. DJ Sense himself has a very nice voice and I'm not sure why he would use this recording to command the attention of the guests and then proceed to speak himself. By speaking alone he would have gained everyone's attention.
We would work with DJ Sense again and recommend him to others.

Overall we had a very positive experience with DJ Sense (Jose). We did our booking with him relatively last minute, but I think got a good idea of what we were looking for. He didn't play anything from the "do not play" list, and created a fun and lively atmosphere. He was positive/upbeat, and the guests liked him and he was approachable. My only regret is that I wish we had more time! Our local noise ordinances/timeline meant we only had 1-1.5 hours of dancing. I did wish we could have heard more of our "must have" songs, but there wasn't a lot of time. I also did hear a couple songs repeated, and some of the dinner music wasn't the right style, but oh well.
