We had a wonderful experience with Doug this weekend. He showed up early, and was one of the last to leave! Was very helpful in achieving the overall "mood" we wanted for the night. Kept everything on schedule, and provided the wide variety of music we wanted! Had a great personality, and would definitely use them again for ANY event!

We had a great time with Mackenzie. She had her work cut out for her, loosening up the group, but she managed to have everyone on the dance floor after a little coaxing. I am not just giving a great rating to be nice, Doubletake Productions deserves the credit for a great party!!!! I will surely use them again as well as recommend them to friends and family. We scheduled Doug to be our DJ and he got there on time and an emergency came up and he had to bring in Randy to cover for him. Although they had to do a change up, it went flawlessly! Randy did an amazing job and even played a Filipino love song (my now husband and his family is Filipino). We are so happy with the way everything went and wouldn't hesitate to recommend DoubleTake to anyone. I feel like no matter which DJ you get with DoubleTake, you won't be dissappointed! Thanks again, Randy! You made our day extra special!

Doubletake did an excellent job for our Reception-- not too loud while everyone was eating and talking and once the dancing started, they did a great job getting people on the dance floor with a great choice of music selections. Also did a great job as MC for the event! They incorporated all the songs we selected for different parts of the reception and made it a wonderful night.

Doug was very accommodating with our last minute ceremony program. There was a slight glitch with one song, but everything else went very well. He even got some of our non-dancing folks onto the dance floor. We will recommend his services to anyone who asks.

We loved the music selection but felt that the party could've been moved a little more smoothly. For example, when we entered we just walked in to silence, and after we entered then our entrance song started to play. From there, we just stood in our places for a good two to three minutes not knowing what to do next. Overall though, we really had a great time.

I think Doug did a wonderful job. He helped us figure out how to do everything we wanted to do and really worked with us. I was very appreciative of the job they did at the reception as well. My only complaint was that I wish Doug would have done a better job at getting back to us. We were leaving a week before the reception and I felt like there were still some things that needed to be worked out, but it all pulled together in the end and everything ran smoothly.

These guys did a very good job. Initially, I was slightly frustrated at a lack of communication far in advance of my wedding. I soon realized that this is because they really start to concentrate on your event within a couple of weeks of the date, simply because they are busy handling the events as they come. It all worked out well and they did a nice job. No complaints.

After receiving a couple of emails from Doug Bitner, we decided to go with Doubletake. As my request stated that we wanted karaoke and DJ, I was shocked when I arrived at the party to find that we were not to have karaoke. I was told that it was not in the contract and he would call Doug. Our DJ left the party for well over an hour while (supposedly) waiting for someone to bring the equipment. When he returned, he had A COMPUTER, so.. no karaoke for us. My question is... did I pay for karaoke as quoted??? Bitner refuses to talk to me and states that I am taking an adversarial stand (asking for refund).

This client did not book Karaoke with us (I have the contract on file). I communicated extensively with Stephanie B and not once did she mention Karaoke to me. ONLY after the fact did she book us through GigMasters so she could slam us. Karaoke is easy for us, but we do need to know to take it with us in advance of the party. It is a lame attempt by Stephanie B (an administrative assistant with the company) to use the Feedback Forum to cover up her mistake (by not booking Karaoke)and extort refund from us. Please look at the balance of our feedback when considering DoubleTake Productions for your next event. Thanks, Doug Biter, DoubleTake Productions

Eric, our DJ, was awesome. We were supposed to have an outside event and it rained! Eric set up in our garage and the party continued. I thought the party was going to be a bust because of the rain, but it turned out to be a really fun time. Eric got the guests involved and wanting to sing. Thank you Eric for an outstanding karaoke show under not so perfect circumstances. Thanks Doug for booking our party!!!!!!!!!!! We will definitely re-book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe Halloween????????????????????

We thought Doug was going to be the DJ in our wedding. We liked him and we got good references about him. But, our DJ was another man, I believe by the name Mike, who was very kind to us. He played the songs we asked for. We had a good time. However, when the Bride and Father dance came, the sound system did not work and we were waiting on the dancing floor for several minutes until the DJ made it work. The DJ had to poke one of the speakers to make it sound. It was embarrasing. The sound system was failing most of the time.

Entertainment was on time, and was very accomodating to our requests. My guests all gave positive reviews. Gary also provided some very nice lighting that added to the overal atmosphere. Would recommend for hire.
