675 characters are not sufficient to adequately rave about Mark. My husband & I loved working with Mark for our wedding reception. He was accommodating, easy to get a hold of, professional & had amazing rates. He was great at reading the crowd & did such a wonderful job that no one wanted to stop dancing & when the party went over our projected end time, Mark didn't just "pull the plug" and leave but stayed to keep on playing great music until we were done for the night. I would definitely work with Mark again on any future social event for music entertainment & will definitely be recommending him to everyone else!

On Your Mark, Get Set, Music did a fantastic job at my wedding! They did a wonderful job of playing the right type of music throughout dinner which allowed guests to talk, and then transitioned into fun dance music for the rest of the evening! They played a great combination of music that was better than we could have hoped for and kept people on the dance floor all night!
I also loved their Selfie Service. They had guests send in selfies they took that night which were then displayed on a projector. All of the guests had a lot of fun with that, and now we get tons of pictures from the wedding that we never would have gotten otherwise.

This is our second time to use Mark. He once again did an excellent job and was very professional. Set up in a timely manner and very accomodating to our guests. Mark went above and beyond the call of duty. He came all the way to Nashville for my wedding (the weekend it flooded) and even fixed my tent for me before the wedding to help stop some leaks. Everything was very professional and organized. He had very nice equipment and made my reception everything I expected. I would definitely recommend and will use him again myself if the occasion to do so arises. His prices are also very affordable. If you need a DJ for an event, then look no further!

We asked Mark to provide music for parts of our wedding ceremony and during our reception. He was excellent in accomodating our requests during the ceremony. During the reception, there were a few things that went wrong---like dancing our first dance to the wrong song. But honestly at that point, we really didnt mind. Mark is awesome to work with, and we feel lucky that thats all that went wrong.....thanks loads !!!!

I would use this company again. They walk you through every detail imaginable. They call you and re-confirm everything too. I ran into some health issues and had to cancel our wedding. My husband and I eloped to Tennessee instead. When I called On Your Mark, Get Set, Music he was VERY nice about everything. He even gave us our FULL REFUND! My husband and I are planning on renewing our vows and we will definitely use On Your Mark, Get Set, Music. I have told so many people about them and I can't wait to book them for all of our entertainment! You get way more than you pay for!

Mark met with us a couple of times before out wedding and was very accommodating to our schedule. He made she we had all the details planned before hand as well as had all the music ready for us to sample. He has quite an extensive library of music and amazing equipment to pump your venue full of crisp sound. All the music was played at an appropriate audio level without being overly loud. He also kept things moving during the reception as for as the usual events go.

Mark was wonderful! I had about 250 wedding guests at my reception, and everyone was telling us what a blast they were having. I kept receiving the same comment, "This is the best reception I've ever been to!" Mark brought the party together. We had a great time.

Mark is a true professional. He worked with us on our song list and reminded us of things we hadn't thought of for our wedding and reception. Originally I wanted a DJ with nice equipment not just someone with an IPod and some speakers and that's why I chose on your mark get set music! If there is a better word than Awesome, then that word describes Mark and his abilities. He went way beyond what was asked of him and worked with everyone, as if they were old friends. Plus his equipment is state-of-the-art, the sounds system's quality was amazing and his lighting package gave you the feel of an upscale night club.
When we do our next function, I will check with him first before we select a date, just to make sure we can get him again.
So, if you want to book someone who will give you 100 times more than you asked for, then Mark is your man.

Mark really made our wedding day special and did every little thing that I asked him! And I had alot of requests. He did his best to use the most out of the music I listed, even though it was exceeding our time limit. My only critisism would have to be the "Wishing Well" dance, which is the same as a "Dollar Dance". Our guests had never heard of the "wishing well" dance and didn't know what to do. I believe Mark did his best in announcing what to do and even got up to show everyone! I think it may have went over clearer to our guests if the name had stayed "Dollar Dance". Our reception was a blast and everyone had fun, which is what matters!

I was very satisfied and impressed with the service Mark and his assitant provided. I contacted him on short notice, and he was able to work with me for a wonderful price. I was very worried about getting a dj that would be overbearing or cheesey, and Mark was neither! Very organized, professional, good equipment, good voice. 'On Your Mark, Get Set, Music' kept a crowd up dancing and did well with anouncing and song placement for special events during the reception. All 400 or so of us were entertained from beginning to end (7:00-11:30ish!)

I really enjoyed having Mark dj my event! It turned out really nice. My guest thought he did a wonderful job and we all had a wonderful time. The lighting and special effect were really impressive and added that extra flair to our 80's Party!!!! Mark and Laura were very professional and nice. We had many young children at the party and the children were very happy to sing Karaoke! The Dj's even had a children's selection of karaoke which made the children feel important and special to be able to sing the ABC's, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and B.I.N.G.O on stage with music just like the adults!!
