Wow! Daye Ja Vu Entertainment is the whole package and so much more! From the beginning Pete was very attentive to emails and texts. Always replied quickly to questions. Met with us in person to help with song choices and great ideas for the Reception. I changed a few things just a few days before. He called and worked the timeline over again. On the day of the Wedding our Wedding Organizer stood us up. Pete went above and beyond his emcee job. He was helping transform the ceremony area to the reception area. Daye Ja Vu is the company we chose for our wedding reception. Pete is wonderful. He is very professional and absolutely kept the reception flowing. Our event wouldn't have been complete,without Pete there to accomodate and facilitate all of our needs with his special touches. We didn't need to worry about any of the music with him in charge. Pete Daye of Daye Ja Vu' Entertainment helped make our wedding the absolute perfect day. Not only was Pete the DJ, but also the wedding coordinator, idea machine, therapist (helped assure the nervous-bride everything would turn out perfect!) during the entire wedding planning process. Pete made sure our wedding was everything we have dreamed about! Pete created a schedule and we stuck to it all night and if there were any bumps or bruises (if there were we certainly didn't know about them) he smoothed them over. We had a last minute song change and he added it into our schedule no problem. Great music selection as well during open dance time. Fantastic job overall!

Daye Ja Vu is great! Peter Daye DJ and MC was superb - he was well prepared, had the set list ready from my daughter's recommendations and took requests easily all night. He was endlessly pestered by 12 yo girls and under and never once looked exasperated or beaten down! He was energetic and accommodating, he had all the new songs we wanted to listen to, and he even played some great songs for the adults. All in all, he made the party a roaring success - I don't think the kids sat down all night! If you want to use a guy that comes ready and educated for your event - choose Peter and rest assured he will perform. I recommend him without reservation.

I was really doubtful about the outcome at first about Pete. I didn't know who he was but after the event, I was amusingly satisfied. He entertained my guests during my party like everybody was on their feet dancing on the floor. He is easy to communicate and approachable. He cooperates your needs and make it happen. For someone who's doubting about getting him, I guarantee, you better make him your DJ. You'll enjoy it. He could make everything possible from small private parties to humongous events such as weddings. I'd absolutely love to have him to entertain on my upcoming events!

We used Daye Ja Vu for our company event and the entire process, from initial bid, to final payment was a breeze! Pete called me up as soon as I put in a request and I was sold on everything they had to offer. It all seemed too easy, and it was! It's always nice finding services that actually serve. Daye Ja Vu was literally the only thing I wasn't worried about during the planning phase, all b/c of their reassuring correspondence.
Pete DJ'd our gig and it made our night! Great music/karaoke roster and very easy to work with. I don't need to go to any other DJ in town. These guys know what they're doing and they do it very well!!

Our daughters sweet 16 party was an important event and we wanted to make sure to have the correct variables in place which is one of the reasons we hired Peter. The guests came dressed up and later changed into swimming suits as the area has a large patio and swimming pool. As the night progressed the boys started doing can openers in the pool, but the splashing could be an issue with the DJ equipment, so Peter made occasional announcements to control the situation. This is just to say that Peter handled the unusual quite well. He kept in tune with the guests (95) and moved the party along. Overall, my daughter, my wife and I were very happy with his skills.

So much fun!!! before we hired Peter, he agreed to meet us and was instantly convniced he was our guy to DJ our wedding !! I hired Daye Ja Vu Entertainment from the beginning Peter called me imediately to get all the details for my event. I was having a Holiday Party for our employees, I was a little woried on how their professionalism and music taste was going to be but, Peter assured me they were always professional and respectable. Peter told me he wouldn't be able to make the event but he would send Bryan his other colleague and he would take care of it. He was right, Bryan was a blast very accomidating with our employees request he played appropriate music and the party wouldn't have been a blast without him! I was pleased with Pete until our reception! I was harassed for a week via email, text, and Facebook to go give him a review! I did I gave him two 5 stars and 3 4 & to me 4 stars and 5 stars are not bad & I had wrote a nice review! Well after I did not give him 5 stars all the way across the board I was verbally attacked for not doing so! With that being said the following day he also emailed again after blocking him on Facebook stating that gigmasters would be removing my review! I contacted them and unlike Pete they were very professional about the situation and confirmed that my opinion would not be removed! I will not be doing business with Daye Ja Vu again!

Client stated in an email that "she never gives anyone 5 stars" ) Anything less than a perfect 5 star rating to me is disheartening and it obviously concerns me, thus allowing me to improve in specific areas. I was very professional with the client ( as she initially stated in the review ) and I extended full courtesy and diplomacy with my inquiry.I am happy however, that the client was extremely satisfied with my handling of her special day and it's success. Pete was absolutely fantastic to work with! Everything from the communication prior to the event to his show was even better than we could have asked for. Several people in attendance commented on how much they enjoyed themselves and appreciated how he seemed to get everyone "involved" in the event. I highly recommend Dj Pete, he did an outstanding job. I felt bad for doing it but I made some last minute changes to our music, he made the changes no problem at all. He was great at communicating and keeping in touch with my husband and I. He texted me when I was getting ready on my wedding day and let me know he had arrived at the country club. Pete is wonderful at what he does, he was truly a joy to work with. He is very good at reading people, and I am so happy we had him as our DJ. Everything went smooth and everyone had a blast!

We hired Pete to DJ our wedding and were extremely happy with his professionalism, attention to detail and communication with us from the moment we met with him. He was extremely punctual and made our reception more fun than I could have ever dreamed of. He kept my guests dancing until the very end. Simply FABULOUS! The Decatur Junior Woman’s Club hosted our annual Daddy Daughter Dance on February 2nd. We didn't have a single issue with Daye Ja Vu. Pete was great to work with, great music w/ videos, & great w/ our 500+ guests!
Pete handled every situation that was thrown at him, from changing our timeline to making special announcements on the fly, to taking tons of song requests - accommodating & thoughtful. Did I mention that Pete has a good MC voice?
We've had a lot of feedback about our dance, and everyone has said that it was a blast, that they had so much fun, & the DJ was awesome! Pete was great, we will be calling him for our event next year!

I booked Pete Daye, “Daye Ja Vu` Entertainment,” for our 50th high school graduation party held in Dallas although we all graduated from an American school at Bushey Hall, England. I asked Pete to come up with a playlist with some music from the ’60’s and ’70’s because that would be most familiar to the group. I was tremendously impressed with his selections and additional music that had virtually everyone up on the dance floor including my 3-year-old grandson! Given the opportunity again, Pete will be my only choice to provide his expertise in entertaining a large or small gathering.

Our event was a disco party to celebrate a 50th birthday. The DJ was a very important part to make this a successful night. Peter shined!!! He showed up very well prepared with a selection of 5 hrs of 70's Disco music. To our surprise he had a put together also a good selection of 70's videos. The night was a blast. I wasn't expecting this, but the dance floor was busy all night. Peter had great energy and this was surely reflected on the dance floor.
