We booked this vendor for our wedding reception and our overall experience was good. The DJ is very talented and kept up with song requests and program changes throughout the night. As a bilingual vendor, his music selection was enjoyable to both English- and Spanish-speakers. The one aspect that could've gone better was that, as a family business, the vendor's kids helped set up lighting, etc. - which is fine - and we'd been assured they would not be in the actual event, but they appear in the background of some pictures. (A suggestion is for the kids to wear black like the DJ himself and other vendors did.) Still, we're satisfied with the services provided. Thanks!

My overall experience with Rack Impact Entertainment was a positive one. Communication was wonderful and timely. They were professional, organized, punctual, and super supportive as some of the things on the timeline were changed, and we had to pivot with a couple of things. They remained gracious and flexible. I would definitely recommend them to others. Would love to work with them again on future events.

We hired Rack Impact Entertainment for our Studio 54 Disco NYE party. They met with us a few weeks before the event to discuss our needs, showed up on time, set up and broke down quickly, and most of all kept us on the dance floor all night!!
We were able to make special requests that were seamlessly integrated so the music never stopped flowing. I would highly recommend them for your event!!

Sergio and Claudia provided a rich musical entertainment experience tailor fitted for our ceremony and wedding reception. We were able to show them what music we liked and they created the complete experience for us. The sound was a very nice quality. The best part was how professional Rack Impact was. The event was taken care of for us and we didn't worry about thing!

Rack Impact Entertainment was great! We were going to have the party outdoors but unfortunately there were strong, and very cold winds so we had to move the party indoors. The DJ was very flexible moving inside with a wonderful attitude and understanding. He played great dance tunes, got people dancing, and kept the party going! He was professional and friendly. Communication between the two of us was excellent! They were very prompt to answer my messages! They arrived at the venue way ahead of time and were ready to start right on time!

RACK IMPACT ENTERTAINMENT made my wedding beyond special! They’re super affordable yet came with so many surprises for me and my wife! Lights, dancing on the clouds, smooth transitions to new songs, allowing our guest to make song requests, they are the best DJ’s I have personally seen at any wedding! Any event I have in the future I am 1000000% using Sergio & Claudia! They’re very communicative, they kept in touch with my wedding planner, and they made sure the entire event was flawless! I can’t wait to host another event just so I can have RACK IMPACT ENTERTAINMENT there to keep everyone dancing! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!!

Rack entertainment was extremely professional, wonderful to work with, very quick to respond to any questions we had and mix the playlist we wanted. They came and set up the equipment 2 hours early, all sound and lighting we needed to host the event and give speeches. They came dressed up and MC'd the event and helped it run smoothly. Highly recommend.

I threw a surprise 50th for my husband with a lot of diverse people. Rack Impact was great about communicating with me ahead of time to make sure we got what we wanted. They asked for and I gave them a sample play list that spanned continents and time frames. They delivered. My guests loved the music and our karaoke was on point. Professional, punctual, fun, what else could you want?

My decision to marry was short notice and I wondered what kind of entertainment I might have to settle for. As it turned out, I did not have to settle at all. Sergio and his wife Claudia were absolutely amazing. They traveled all the way from Virginia to Pennsylvania. They were prompt and set up well before the event started. They coordinated all of the timing with the venue manager to the T for our wedding reception. Sergio's ability to mix both hip hop/R&B Latin music was great. He kept everyone on the dance floor through out the night as well as entertaining guest with his excellent MC Skills. I would recommend Rack Impact Entertainment to anyone looking for high quality and affordable entertainment for any event. I run a 501c3 in the Washington, DC area. I held a large outdoor fundraiser and needed a DJ for my event. I contacted gigmasters because I needed help securing a performer and wanted to find one who would consider doing this service at a reasonable rate.
Claudio and Sergio are a pleasure to work with! They responded right away to my request and most of all they understood and were passionate about my nonprofit cause. They worked out the details of my event with me, followed exactly what I wanted to a T, were flexible with my needs, and understood the spirit and nature of the event.

The entire group was very pleased with the DJ services. The music arrangement was perfect for the group and the DJ was able to play some songs requested by a few of the participants. The DJ played longer than expected for an agreed , reasonable fee. We had a great time and people enjoyed the music very much.
