The DJ was really good in playing the music I wanted and kept the party going. I also really liked the uplighting they provided for the reception. There were a few things that could have been improved: there was some difficulty with sound at the outdoor ceremony, little struggle with music transitions, and one time the music accidentally stopped. These little issues were not a huge deal and the DJ really gave us great music for a great wedding.

Considering we lived out of state from where our venue was and never got to meet with the DJ before the wedding, I was very happy with the way things turned out and how well the DJ was able to go off of the timeline I gave him. He was very nice and a pleasure to work with, and was very accomadatimg to a few last minute changes.

Sergio and Rack Impact were great. They kept in touch to discuss details as we got closer to the event, then showed up early the night of the party and had everything ready before our guests arrived. Played fun music and kept the dance floor going into the wee hours of the morning. Very professional and competent. Thanks Sergio (and Claudia) for helping make our Halloween party a success!

I used Rack Impact for a PTA dance at an elementary school. From the moment I hired them, they were very professional! They always responded quickly to any questions I had throughout the planning process. They're also flexible with working in anything I wanted (music/games/announcements). I think the dance games could have gone a little smoother but that was mostly on me , because I made up the games last minute & didn't have time to prep the DJ for what he needed to do. Next time, I'd review the details more beforehand OR just let him do more of his own games. It was still a success! Sergio has a fun-loving personality that appealed to the kids & parents alike!

Rack Impact Entertainment was fantastic. Not only did they drive all the way from Richmond, VA to a wedding in Middleburg, VA, but they kept the music running all night with no issues whatsoever. A lot of our guests were either young people or older family members and both groups have told us how much they loved the music.

The wedding was a huge success because of the music. Rack Impact Entertainment did a great job!! We come from different backgrounds - Latin American and Indian. They did a great job making sure there was a good mix of music so the crowd had a great time. They also helped us with other logistics like wedding party order, reception entry, announcements through out the evening, etc. We would 100% recommend Rack Impact to anyone looking to have a great wedding.

We cannot say enough about Claudia and Sergio. Not only was the music at our wedding amazing, but Claudia was incredibly helpful organizing our timeline, grabbing us champagne, and making sure we had everything we needed. They far exceeded our expectations!!! They kept the dance floor packed all night. We would highly recommend Rack Impact and can’t thank them enough for making our day absolutely perfect!!

Sergio and his crew showed up early, brought all of the equipment, set up quickly and came up with the perfect playlist for my Halloween party. He really set the mood and everyone commented on how awesome he was. His crew even offered to help me set up other parts of my party. I cannot recommend Rack Impact enough. I will definitely use them for every event in the future. Great job!

The DJ showed up on time, was set up and ready to go by the start of the party. The DJ's library was quite varied, and developed to appeal to a wide variety of music tastes. The equipment was great, worked as planned, including remote / autonomous lighting. Overall, I was pleased with the DJ's work. I dinged him half a star on professionalism for bringing two young children to the event unannounced.

They were punctual, very accommodating to our requests, and Claudia was great at following up with me before the event to make sure everything was set and go to go. Our pool party was about 500 people (kids & adults), and they all loved the music!
