The Bailsmen played for my 40th birthday party - a 70+ person cocktail party in a loft space. They were the hit of the party! They created a warm and fun atmosphere and I received several requests from guests for their name. Months later, guests are still commenting what an excellent time they had at the party. I would hire them again and recommend them to a friend without hesitation. Abraham was easy to work with and very accommodating. Thank you for making the party such a memorable experience!

The Bailsmen were fantastic! It was exactly what I had visioned for my wedding. It was a pleasure working with Abraham and his team. They did an amazing job and everyone is still talking about the band at the wedding! The Bailsmen were, in a word, truly exceptional in every way. Nothing could have been better, from their interaction with me, to their interaction with folks at the party, to their perfect professionalism and understanding of how to keep the crowd engaged. The music was perfect; the musicianship fabulous. If we lived in NYC and could hear them every week, we would be in the front row!

These guys are really great! They arrived dressed in part for my company's speakeasy themed party- very punctual, professional and friendly. Everyone at the party commented on how great the music was. Overall it was a great performance by The Bailsman and they were a pleasure to work with! I would totally hire them again or refer them to a friend. Wonderful meeting you guys, fantastic job!

We cannot say enough about how amazing it was to have the Bailsmen play our pre-ceremony, ceremony, and cocktail hour at our wedding. Abe and the group were so easy to work with! My husband really wanted to hear a couple of their original songs and they easily accommodated his few requests. For my prosessional I requested Harvest Moon by Neil Young and they absolutely nailed it! Our guests are still raving about how amazing the Bailsmen were now almost two weeks later. So to the Bailsmen: a million times thank you! You guys exceeded our hopes and helped make our day more than perfect! R+W

They were great. The music for the cocktail party and ceremony were spectacular. I only wish the bride and I could have spent more time enjoying their music! They're professional, Abe is quick to respond to emails, and the music was awesome. I highly recommend them for a wedding, party or whatever your occasion may be.

The Bailsmen were wonderful. We were very pleased with everything. They were easy to get in touch with to coordinate the event beforehand, and quite accommodating to the various types of music we needed at different points throughout the event. We received a great many compliments about them, not just for their music talent and fun style, but also for the simple (but all important) fact that they didn't try and be the center of attention. Their music created the mood, but it allowed for conversation as well. Highly recommended in every way!

The Bailsmen are the real deal. If you're looking for an average band, do not hire the Bailsmen. If you're looking for an amazing and ridiculously talented group of musicians to take your event to the next level, hire The Bailsmen. Throughout our wedding, guests were constantly approaching us to tell us that we couldn't have found a more perfect fit for our moroccan gypsy theme, and I still have people asking me about our band. Abe was super accommodating, responsive and communicative through the process. We loved working with them and would unequivocally hire them again for future events.

Music was wonderful departure from standard wedding band. Unique and musically gifted. Everyone raved about the band. Only caveat is you have to ask for vocals as well as instrumentals. Otherwise, all is terrific.

We had a small cocktail party planned on our roof with 20+ people. A week before, we got a cancellation for our music, and so I scrambled to find someone who would make our evening magical, which is not easy with such time constraints! The Bailsmen not only responded fast, they were so accommodating, making a trip from a prior wedding to our little roof in time, and played so well. Everyone loved them! Thank you so much to Abraham and his crew - we will be sure to recommend you to everyone we know. Friendly, talented, accommodating, punctual, everything you want in a band. My husband and I don’t dance and wanted something that would be lively and fun for our small, all ages wedding reception (~35 people) without being too loud or distracting for conversation. The Bailsmen created the perfect ambiance and guests repeatedly complimented our choice in music. They were very responsive to the mood of the guests and would play more quietly or more excitedly depending on how much people were paying attention or if anyone was dancing. They also plugged in their own iPod to our speaker during breaks when I couldn’t find the one I had brought for that purpose. I would not hesitate to hire them again!
