They were extremely talented, and our guests loved the music (and so did we!). I wished there was more communication on their part leading up to our event. They were in touch almost daily before they secured our contract, but were silent afterwards. They were on time and professional during our event.

I take pride in the band's professionalism and communication, and I apologize that our correspondence may have become spotty at some points. Looking over my emails I see that we were in communication over the summer leading up to the event. It may have taken us a few days to book a conference call leading up to the gig. I hope in the end you were happy with your performance and product.

The crew was great, but they were supposed to arrive on site for 12:15pm and didn't get there until 12:20pm giving them 10 mins for setup. Would of loved to have coordinated ahead of time when they would take a break so we could of had Audio at the venue come in and play background music until their break was over. Needless to say it was chaos and not well planned causing more stress the day of the event.

We typicially schedule 30 minutes to one hour to set up. A 12:00 arrival would have been better had we known that there was a 12:30 hard stop. 1:00 was the original start time. There was a house sound system turned on during the break but no audio. I was under the impression that it was controlled by another vendor.
Guests at the event and other staff members came up to us throughout the day to complement the music, professionalism and look of the band. We had a great time and loved working at the event!

We hired the Bailsmen for our backyard wedding and can't recommend them highly enough. We searched through tons of typical wedding bands and couldn't find one we were happy with or that felt right. The Bailsmen are highly professional and the music created a very classy and fun atmosphere that everybody enjoyed. They were absolutely perfect for the cocktail hour and the dancing part was even more fun than we imagined. They were also very easy to work with. Hire them!

We started talking to The Bailsmen several months before our wedding in December but had to hit pause for a bit. They were very accommodating even after we had to replan and they also worked around our budget which is always great. During the reception, they arrived early and setup on time. The music they played was absolutely fantastic and my dad, who was also a musician back in the day, extremely enjoyed their music and was one of the guests who gave rave reviews after! They know which songs to play depending on the mood of the crowd which just goes to show how professional, experienced, and skilled they are. We totally recommend them!

The Bailsmen are not just incredibly talented, but they are true professionals. In the face of some venue-related difficulties, they kept the party running seamlessly and in high spirits. They knew exactly what to do, with very little direction needed, which was a relief. And the music itself was so great, you just wanted it to go on all night!

The Bailsmen were a blast to have at our wedding. True talent from each and every one of the band members! Everyone came up to me during and after the wedding commenting on how they were the best band they've ever heard at a wedding!
In addition to the wonderful music (and playing our one requested song TWICE), they were extremely professional and easy to communicate with, answering all our questions in a timely and friendly manner.
Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great addition to their wedding or any other event!

The Bailsmen were phenomenal. The music was exactly what we had hoped for, and the band was extremely accommodating for our blend of jazz and klezmer. They worked well with our 2nd band and were flexible as we moved about for the cocktail hour, ceremony, and hora. Would absolutely recommend!

Abraham very professionally walked me through choosing the right trio for our events. We hired the Bailsmen for two evenings and they brought a great vibe to a fun night.
Base, clarinet and guitar on the first night. Base guitar/guitar on the second night both were a hit ( but personally loved the clarinet)

We hired the Bailsmen for our Holiday Party at Riverpark in NYC. They were phenomenal. They added the perfect special touch to the evening - like a scene out of a Woody Allen film. Their music selections were perfect for a night out in Manhattan. Thank you for fantastic time.
