Alex was great! In addition to showing up prior to our event he came prepared with a microphone we had not asked for to make a few announcements. I will use him again when in the San Diego area and recommend others. We were hosting a client reception for 300 aboard the U.S.S. Midway.

Alex was fantastic! I only booked him for a couple hours, but he was accommodating enough to drive up from San Diego to Orange County, and stayed an hour-and-a-half past the time he had committed for. He's a truly excellent classical guitarist.

If I could have given Alex 6 stars, I would have!
I'm in the entertainment industry, and subsequently, am insanely particular with how I think things should be done. Alex exceeded my expectations on every level! I gave him a song that I wanted him to learn, with only 2 days until the event, and he absolutely nailed it.

Meeting Alex for the first time was what set my vision for my wedding. Not only did he exceed my expectations, he learned at least 15-20 new songs that he played for my wedding if not more. Alex was great!
took on the gig at short notice and was very accommodating on the terms and we put it together quickly.
He was her on time and stayed late.
Music talent was super and the guests made requests and he filled them all.

Had a wine tasting/ valentine's celebration in my home on Sat. Feb. 9 for 22 friends. I wanted it to be special and memorable. Alex helped make that happen. He was very professional an excellent guitarist and quick to get back to me with my many questions. Alex kept the volume and style of music in keeping with my gathering and all loved having him share the evening with us. I can highly recommend Alex if you need a solo guitarist.

Alex arrived on time, was professional, yet very pleasant, warm and accommodating. His musicianship and talent was commented upon by several of our guests, who asked for his card. I would hire him again, and would recommend him to anyone without reservation. This was a 70th wedding anniversary celebration for my parents, and Alex was gracious enough to accompany my father when he sang a love song to my mother as an anniversary surprise. It brought down the house.

Alex played at our wedding, which was located on the beach and also at our reception located at a restaurant nearby. He consistently replied back to all of my emails and phone calls on the same day (which gave me peace of mind) and was very professional during all correspondence. On the day of our wedding, Alex showed up early to set up (again giving me peace of mind) and did an outstanding job performing all of the songs we went over. He even came to our table during the reception and played my bride's favorite song, and many of our guests commented how great it was. This was a charity event with a variety of ages in attendance. The music was a compliment to the evening thanks to Alex. He supported the mood and ambience perfectly and played to the crowd. The 550 person fundraiser was able to function perfectly with the seemless musical accompaniament of Alex and his beautiful guitar. Alex played wonderfully and even learned a couple songs for our wedding processional and recessional. He was on time and flexible with his schedule, playing an additional two hours over our contracted time. He barely took a break until we encouraged him to have a meal at the reception. I would use him again if the occassion merited the expense. The restruant where we had the reception encouraged him to play there as well if in the neighborhood for pay... so hopefully, Alex can get more work from this as well.
