We, & our guests enjoyed the harp music, provided by Maia Wright Jourde, for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration. The sound of the music blended in with the conversations, and the music selections were exactly what we wanted for our special event.

I am a perfectionist and like to have everything "just right"! From my first interaction with Maia it was apparent that this aspect of our Ceremony was not one which I would need to micromanage. She was talented, lovely, professional and gracious. Almost all of our guests took the time to mention how much our event was enhanced by the music and musical selections. If you would like one less "loose end" to manage so that you are able to enjoy your party along with your guests, this is one of your best resources!

If you are in need of a harpist...look no further. Maia graced the evening with her Skills, beauty, and gentle nature. Our guest were in awe of her. As I receive calls now everyone is quick to say that the evening was amazing...and then they say and the harpist was out of this world. She also took the time to speak with the guest and even answer our children's questions. Thank you Maia!

Maia is the ultimate professional. She played for my daughter's outdoor wedding and despite the Texas heat, she maintained her cool. The music was light, soothing and ethereal. She and her music provided such a peaceful backdrop to our simple ceremony and added a touch of class. Many of the guests told me how much they enjoyed her playing. Communications with Maia couldn't have been better - she was eager to meet our unique ceremony needs and to make insightful recommendations. Maia was a complete delight! Our cozy staff & family party was elevated to a night of ethereal bliss. Her playing was beautiful as it was charming.
Being unfamiliar with solo harp, I wasn't sure how it would carry in a large room, but have no doubts, the notes filled the room wonderfully.
I had requested Beethoven (of whose piano work I love). Her translation of his moonlight sonata to the harp was breathtaking. She also played many other classical and romantic era pieces (per my request) and they were all, in a word, enchanting.
Maia is very polite, professional and her talent exquisite. I hope to have her return soon.

Maia was amazing for my wedding. She was already sitting at the venue waiting when i showed up, even though it is more than a 3 hour drive from where she was coming, and she was dressed beautifully.
