If there were more than 5 stars available I would give them all. She was very professional. She arrived on time. She immediately set up and was ready to go well before the event. Her playing was absolutely wonderful. We had people that were skeptical when we told them we would have a harpist instead of a piano or organ. when the ceremony was over they all came to me and said that it added something to the ceremony and was absolutely beautiful to listen to. I would recommend Shelley to everyone looking for a harpist. I would book her again in a red hot minute!!!!

Shelley did a great job and fulfilled all of our requests. The only concern I have was over her responsiveness. She showed up on time and completed what we needed. She did a great job overall.

Shelley was amazing!!! Arrived on time, dressed appropriately for the occasion, played absolutely beautifully. Many in my family commented on the harpist solo and noted that it was stunning, perfect for an outdoor ceremony in the rose garden. We did not have anyone singing over the solo and it was perfect. The tone was just right, songs recognizable to the audience; overall, I couldn't have asked for a more experienced harpist. Shelley, thank you and the price was very reasonable. You made my day a dream come true.

Thank you to Michelle, as well as her family and friends,for allowing me to be a small part of such a beautiful event! It was a joy!

Shelley was AWESOME! We received complements from most of the guests at our wedding about how beautiful her music was and how perfect the harp and accompanying flute was for our garden wedding ceremony. Everything was perfect; from the communication during the beginning stages, to the song recommendations for the ceremony, to the music that was played during the ceremony. Shelley performed wonderfully at my wedding ceremony. She was dressed very nice for the occasion, came early to set up, and I didnt think I booked any extra musicians, but Shelley showed up with a flute player as harmony and the two of them played wonderfully. My guests said they enjoyed the prelude music, and Shelley was on queue with every song I requested for the processionals and recessionals. I would highly recommend Shelley (and the talented flute player, too!)

She was very difficult to get ahold of. At the ceremony she could not find her music in time and I had to walk nearly completely down the isle with no music. Very embarrassing and dissatisfied.

I agree that we did have difficulties communicating with each other, but I did perform the music as the bride requested. The very poor acoustics of the location, combined with the fact that the Groomsmen were standing directly in front of me blocking the sound, did not allow for the music to be heard very well at all. I was, however, playing the entire time that the bride walked out of the lobby of the Lesner Inn through the glass doors, until she reached the arch where the ceremony took place. I am VERY sorry that she was not able to enjoy the music that I provided.

I thought the harpist brought an elegance to the ceremony and Shelley did a nice job. She was on time, played well, polite. The communications prior to the event could have been better but part of the problem may have been the short notice and us not being familiar with Gig Masters process. Would I consider using them again?... the answer would be yes. She definitely brought an extra something heavenly to the wedding ceremony that was unlike anything I've ever heard. She plays absolutely beautifully! The only things that really concerned me were her lack of communication prior to the event. It would take a really long time for her to get back to me with questions that I needed answers to. Also neglected to tell me that she was bringing her daughter (?) with her! This wasn't a huge deal except it threw off my seating arrangements at the ceremony. The actual music was delightful, just wish the lines of communication had been more open on her end.

Heather, thank you for the feedback and the ceremony was beautiful. Communication is definitely something that I am working to improve! My daughter, who is my professional assistant, accompanies me to outdoor events to ensure that music does not fly off the stand as I play on windy days, such as the day of your ceremony. I apologize if you feel this interfered with the aesthetic of your seating arrangement.
