I had a very positive experience with Shelley Greene. She was very accommodating to my requests and to an uncertain weather forecast. She was set up well in advance of the wedding, played beautifully, and was a wonderful addition to our simple wedding ceremony.

It was a pleasure being a part of this wonderful, scenic ceremony!

Shelley did an amazing job at our wedding! She played beautifully and she conducted herself very professionally. It was such a pleasure to hear her as we walked down the aisle and I had several guests come up and tell me how wonderful she sounded. Overall, we were very pleased with the experience and I will recommend her to others. I have only one suggestion, which is that the line of communication prior to the performance does need some improvement. I had a difficult time getting in touch with Shelley which did cause slight concern for me at one time. Other than that detail, everything was perfect! I only wish we could hear her play more often!

The talent of the harpist was commended by my guests. However, the customer service was poor and overshadows the performance provided on the day of the event. I would not recommend the harpist.

Miscommunication between this particular client and myself played a major factor in my failure to meet the Client's expectations. In 20+ years of performing professionally, this was the first and ONLY time that I have not met a Client's standards, Industry standards, and more importantly my own standards for excellence, and this is not something that I will allow to happen again.
