We hosted a workshop for beginners to introduce Polynesian dance and music. Everyone enjoyed the lessons and live music. The Tamure group was great in teaching a hula dance and basic moves for Tahitian dancing. We will certainly do this again!

If there were more stars, Meki’s Tamure Polynesian Arts Group, Inc. would get them all. Informative, interesting explanations. Extremely entertaining and a joy to watch beautiful and amazing dances. Thank you so much to Meki’s Tamure Polynesian Arts Group. Our daughter hurt her ankle right before her birthday party and couldn’t participate in some the planned activities. We called Meki at the last minute and he and his daughter were able to come and put on a performance. It was great and the kids and parents loved it. We were very appreciative and Meki and his daughter couldn’t have been nicer to work with. I would highly recommend.

Mekis Tamure Polynesian group put on an excellent show for approximately 150 people. This is our second event in 2 years, that they have performed for our lodge. We are looking to make this a yearly event. We have already talked with Meki about scheduling our event for next year. We have also recommended his group to other lodges.

They were great! We used them for a 5yr Olds birthday party and they were awesome with the little ones in showing them how to do the dances. They were knowledgeable of what dance they were doing and how to do it and even gave a little history to them. Would definitely recommend.

Meki and his daughter were amazing. The perfect entertainment for our Luau party. The music was perfect and the dancing showcasing different Polynesian cultures was great especially seeing the different outfits. Also I loved the interactive dance lesson getting our guests involved.

Professional talented friendly and so much fun every single eighth grader was on the dance floor learning the dances they all had so Booking this event is very easy Meki was very happy to help make a fun night for eighth grade graduates Thank you to Meki and all the dancers

Meki's Tamure Polynesian Arts Group has been hired by my company for many engagements in the past, and we will no doubt hire them in the future. They are flexible and accommodating of the changes that can happen with live events. From the hire until the event is over, they communicate frequently. Their performances are unique-interactive, educational AND entertaining! The dancers and costumes grab everyone's attention, and along with the music and drumming, they transport their audiences to the Pacific Islands. Meki is a warm and engaging host. This is the second time we've had Meki's Tamure Polynesian group to perform at a private luau at our home. They were awesome as always and we had a blast watching them. Everyone was impressed and enjoyed their show. The outfits are great, the skill is superb (in both dancing and music playing) and they have great stage presence. They even got some shy dancers to join in.
