We hired Guitar by FORD for an important celebration and were disappointed with the lack of professionalism. He arrived over 15 minutes late, hadn’t used navigation, and called several times for directions that he didn't follow well. We had to help unload his equipment and park his car, leaving us with only about 45 minutes of music. The music itself was great, but traffic from Seattle to Tacoma should have been planned for. With better preparation and communication, he could deliver a more reliable and professional experience.

guilty as charged. a 90 minute trip took over 4 hours due to I-5 closure for road construction, not indicated on google maps. Even though I left 4 hours early. I was late for the first time in my career. They offered to help carry and park, I didn't ask - even though I could have driven right to the spot I was playing without help or navigating stairs, saving 10 minutes or so. I guess they didn't know that.
Although I am disappointed to get the worse review of my career, once in a while things happen out of our control and when it spoils an event like this, there are consequences. I apologized before and after the gig and people were very gracious at the time. But the brutal truth comes out here. I once again apologize.
