Excellent, friendly and flexible. Will recommend highly to any one considering a band for their functions. It is also important to know that most of the guests at the function are from southern part of India.Every one liked the band music much better than usual loud Bollywood music and the band complimented to the elegance of the whole function.

Paul and his trio were absolutely fantastic! He came in a few days prior to the event just to get a visual of the space, which was a very nice and professional touch. The day of the event, they were prompt, incredibly friendly, and performed beautifully throughout our event. I could not be happier with Al Fresco for our wedding reception. Prior to the event, Paul was always easy to get in contact with and answered all questions. They were very accommodating as to our special request for songs. As for the event, amazing. The music was great and the group was super professional. I hired Al Fresco for our daytime wedding at King's Contrivance in Columbia, MD. They were even better than the clips of their music that I could hear online! They reached out to me several times about music selections and even offered to learn some pieces, if necessary. On the day of the wedding, everything was perfect! One of my friends offered to sing with them, and although this was very impromptu, Al Fresco generously agreed! I hired a 5 piece band with a singer - and the singer was a wonderful touch - she was amazing. I could not have been more pleased with their talent, professionalism and work! Do not hesitate to hire them!!

Wow, what can I say - these guys were FANTASTIC!! I was a little worried about the female vocalist because they didn't have video or audio of her, but Paul assured me she was very good. He was wrong... She was AMAZING!! They played just the cocktail hour (partial ensemble) and the sit-down dinner portions of our wedding reception. I wish they would have played all night, but my bride wanted a DJ for the after-dinner dancing. Outstanding musicians!! Very professional!! Very reasonable rates! Al Fresco was a perfect fit for our company's Christmas party at a downtown DC hotel.
From the initial communications through the end of our event Paul was on top of things, flexible and accommodating.
I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. We were fortunate to have a lovely vocalist who accompanied the quartet. They successfully set the perfect tone for the whole evening.
Not only did they play beyond the scheduled end time, they also happily indulged our people and their funny requests right up to playing New York New York (which is not on their play list) at the close of the party. These guys are amazing, talented and fun! Thanks to you all!

I received over 25 quotes for my event - but Al Fresco was an obvious choice. They were the musicians that I liked the best, but they were also reasonably priced. It's rare that those two things are found together.
Al Fresco is the quintessential, 'classic' jazz quartet. I was truly blown away by their talent: sure, you can hear it in their recordings online, but what you can't see is the contagious love they have for their craft. These are the types who would be playing somewhere regardless of whether they had a gig.
So don't hesitate - hire them for your next event and you won't be disappointed. I couldn't imagine a better experience than the one we had!

This group was fantastic from the early steps of planning to the set up and the performance itself. We had a very high-level/VIP crowd and they just loved the entertainment and music that Al Fresco provided.
