We booked Al and his band to play for a birthday party, and they were fantastic. The jazz was perfect: smooth, well-balanced, and a great mix of dance tunes. The guests loved them. Most importantly, the birthday girl was ecstatic. Al is a consummate professional who was super-easy to work with as we set up the contract and ironed out details. I would hire them again in a flash.

We hired Eclipse for our after wedding celebration this past weekend. I can’t say enough about how terrific the experience was with Eclipse. From the very first contact, they were responsive, professional, flexible, and made our needs/preferences a priority. The leader, Allen, worked hard to find just the right vocalist for the occasion and she was perfect. Ours was a second time around wedding with an upscale, formal venue - about 100 guests in attendance. The positive comments from the guests began half way through the evening and continued all day today. Many thanks to Allen and Eclipse for a truly memorable evening!

I can honestly say that booking Eclipse Jazz for our reception dinner was one of the very best decisions my fiancé and I made in the wedding planning process. They were professional, extremely talented, and very accommodating to all of our requests. We asked Allen Wittig if his band would be able to play in the style of New Orleans street jazz, and he promptly replied that if his quartet added another two players (a trumpet and trombone), they could make it happen. We were not disappointed. Truly an incredible group of musicians (not to mention a fantastic deal).

The Eclipse Jazz Quartet exceeded all of my expectations. Not only did they accommodate all of my last minute requests, but they sounded absolutely amazing! All of my guests complimented me all night about the music. They are worth every penny, and I would hire them again in a second! I would also recommend upgrading to the full ensemble that adds the female vocalist. She is absolutely amazing.

We found Eclipse Jazz Quartet on GigMasters, and were impressed by the audio clips we previewed so much, that we booked them. They were on time, professional, accommodating, looked great, and are extremely talented musicians. Our party of 80+ people was impressed, and remarked often how much their presence added to the party. My boss has asked me to keep in touch with them, as we will definitely find more opportunities to use them in the future. Excellent job, gentlemen!

Eclipse Jazz played the music at my company holiday party. The booking experience was smooth - Al is prompt in his email responses and very attentive to detail - he made sure all the band's needs were taken care of before the event [another plus here - only electrical outlets and chairs required].
Everyone I spoke with raved about the band - both their professionalism and their excellent play. They gauged the crowd well and played appropriate tunes, and there was a clear atmosphere shift during the band breaks (although they had recorded music during the breaks) and even got some people dancing to the jazz tunes! I'd highly reccomend this band

Can't imagine how they could have performed better. Very accomplished musicians. They cheerfully accommodated a request to let our granddaughter, an accomplished trombonist, sit in with them for one set for their grandmother's birthday party. They were just great.

They were very accomodating to make this surprise party a success, even having to wait to set up until we could get the guest of honor away so they could set up unseen. They sounded beautiful and everyone complimented how perfect it was, and it really made the party a success. Will definitely recommend and 10/10 would use again.

Stellar jazz quartet - provided EXACTLY the kind of atmosphere I was looking to create for my wedding cocktail and dinner hours. Unfortunately we had to be indoors for the cocktail hour due to rain, but the quartet rolled with it. There was a little confusion about our special request songs for first dances, but the quartet pulled through and it all worked out. VERY satisfied with the talent of the musicians.
