I can highly recommend Alexey and his talented musician crew for any event. Our event was last minute and during the week, but he quickly replied with what was available and a quote. His quote was also fair and his reply was more professional than others (and I planned events many years ago so I'm a tough customer). He asked all the right questions to prepare and offered to help with some other tech needs which was so nice. They were on time, looked and perfomed amazing, and they were just the nicest people. It was a stressful event and Alexey. was so easy and incredible. I look forward to hiring him in the future and recommend him highly.

Alexey the band leader was responsive, accommodating, patient, and thoughtful in all communications leading up to the event. He also was attentive at the gig and clearly has a great deal of affection and respect for his band members and they for him. He thought ahead about sound needs, ensured all were covered and was transparent, forthright and thorough in setting everything up beforehand and day of, as well as going out of his way to communicate with the venue. Finally, the band members Alexey included exhibited stellar talent. Party guests were thrilled and many asked about the band. Thank you for helping us host the anniversary party of a lifetime!!

The Turnaround Jazz Trio & Quartet provided wonderful, pleasant entertainment for our recruiting event. The biggest win was the band had experience with the venue, Julia Morgan Ballroom. They were timely and professional. I had a chance to chat with them during their break. They were pleasant, communicative and appreciated of the fact that we provided a space and meal for them to relax and rejuvenate. I would definitely recommend them for San Francisco events.

The Turnaround Jazz Quartet (with saxophonist) performed at our wedding, and we couldn’t have been happier with their positive attitude, flexibility and sheer talent. They let us make requests from their large repertoire, saved certain songs for our special dance, and offered to have other songs ready by request. They even moved all of their setup from outside to inside when the weather got tough. Alexey and crew are total professionals, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to class up their event.

As soon as I heard their music samples, I knew that they were the perfect band for my event (I hired them as a quartet). My initial message was responded to immediately. They showed up with plenty of time to set up, and even solved a technical glitch with their own equipment. These are top-notch professionals. They even inquired about what attire would be appropriate for the occasion (something guests were even commenting on. Most importantly, they were a big hit with my guests, and seemed to genuinely have a good time. I would gladly hire them again and would recommend them highly to anyone who is looking for a real class act.

We asked for classic jazz as a background for a wedding reception and dinner, Turnaround Jazz Quartet was excellent. They helped with music selection prior to the event, arrived on time and played beautifully. Musical quality was excellent. There is magic from live music that a DJ can not deliver. They required no management or attention. Turnaround Jazz Quartet was exactly what I wanted for my daughter's wedding. I highly recommend them.

The Turnaround Jazz group gave our wedding a wonderful, classy vibe. After explaining to Alexey (the drummer and contact person) what we wanted, he suggested going with the Quintet. The Quintet consists of the Quartet along with a singer. They played a nice mix of vocals and instrumentals and we received numerous complements from our guests regarding the music. Alexey is pleasant and easy to work with and the entire band was very friendly and accomodating. The pianist even arrived early to play solo during our cocktail hour. Overall, we were very pleased with the entire experience.

The Turnaround Jazz Quartert & Trio really exceeded my expectations. They showed up on-time, set-up quickly and really got the room into a party atmosphere. They have a great sound. We had asked for some Latin Jazz and they were exceptional. Their price was not a budget buster and reasonable. I met everyone in the band and they were all very friendly. Alexey was very easy to work with, sending me a contract by e-mail and calling to discuss and confirm everything. If you want your party to be a hit and you want a really quality band that you don't have to worry about, this is the one!
